The exclusivity of this site gets more applicable, the more you use it. It is a very distinct site and very efficient and covers all areas of programming. I enjoy this site.

I love this app but it has problems!
I used AlarmNet 360 web version for years on my iPad. It is hard. I have to zoom in or out sometimes. Sometimes everything greyed out. Sometimes I have to logon and login.
Now I use the app all the time and I love it! It works, as it is easy! But the sync has problems. :( I have synced through LTEM-PXV/A but now I can’t. I have called Resideo Tech Support and they tell me firmware needs updating. Sync still didn’t work. I emailed Resideo Tech Support, Kevin Smith, and the sync worked again!
However, the app is broken again. Does somebody in Resideo has a solution?

AlarmNet 360 I loves it!
I have used AlarmNet 360 web and an iPad years! Bugs, works sometimes, I like it sometimes.
Tried it AlarmNet 360 app, it’s a changer! I’ve all this app all the time now. It is awesome!

The app needs a big banner message thats says “made by people who have never once installed an alarm”

Please just try Alarm.com it’s so much better and more user friendly. Surely you can do something similar
Needs Work
Recommend search by name. You have to know the AlarmNet account number by heart to look anything up.
Recommend larger letters. Not everyone is 25 yrs old.
Recommend Touch or Face recognition to open. It’s a pain to sign in plus it’s insecure to keep it signed in.

Pretty Much Usless
It appears it only works on Lyric panels I’ve installed. Doesn’t work with other communicators such as the LTE-XV or LTE-IV for Vista panels.

Thank you for the app. Just to let you know sensor status shows as a small strip at the top of the screen. Otherwise, I haven’t a problem with it. Great tool.

-You can’t see your existing account base as a list
-You need the City Code And CS ID which doesn’t match Central Station Acct#
-or you need the MAC ID where I can only find onsite or by logging into the website at which point why have an app?
How many years will it take to get this fixed?

They don’t tell you that if you use the alarm panel communication programming button to “Send Data” -as opposed to using the button on this app to send data from the app only- then you won’t be able to see your account in the app’s list, or find it by searching by City/CSID/ACCOUNT (unless you use the web portal on a computer.)
So, make sure you only send data from the app only, not from the panel.
I don’t know why it is a big secret, but it took months of being on hold with Tech Support until someone finally let me know that lil nugget of info.
Also, on my iPhone, I am finding that often I cannot get to the login screen. It just stays blank. Sometimes quitting other apps is the remedy, but not always. Very frustrating when trying to program from the field using my phone. (Isn’t that the point of this app???)
Please fix this! It makes me so aggrivated that I may want to start selling 2GIG products instead!
****Also, make tc WOC HD video cameras available to view in lyric screen!!!!! My customers keep asking why the video button is there if the cameras don’t work with it. Duhhhhhhhh?

Needs updating-App only works once then reinstall is needed
You can use the app once then to use it again you have to uninstall and reinstall.
