Features taken away
Well it seems you can no longer transfer member to member from the app, so could you fix that?
New Update and now I cannot even log in
App just had an update which requires a pin. Problem is, you cannot use the numerical pad on the app to sign in. The link to reset the pin doesn’t even work so essentially, I’m unable to access it whatsoever. Very frustrating.
Can’t access ANYTHING with new app
Look, the old app worked just fine.
We were in with a co-op system that allowed access to the Credit Union anywhere in the US.

Terrible new update.
The new update has made everything slower and harder to get too. Firstly, the quick view was removed so I have to log into my account everytime I just want to look at my balance (and I can’t log in half of time) Not to mention that half of the previously functioning features like favorites barely work. The old app was fine, the new one is awful.
