Very ordinary set up. Somewhat unreliable.

A poor performer

The old Anglicare Halo app worked. This one doesn’t- it can’t even remember a user login when “Remember Me” is checked. Requires a password every time.
Home Screen shows completed visits as scheduled, but future visits are on the Schedule tab. Why?
The chat/ message button doesn’t load, and there is no simple method of cancelling a visit. This requires a phone call to the office!
Very much a backwards step and certainly not user friendly, particularly given the target clientele.

For aged pensioners that use this app it is very difficult to remember and enter password each time. When will FaceID be available.

Also why doesn’t the app send text notifications ???

Useless app

App used to work good but started having problems where my username and password are not recognized. Tried to reset password, but that failed too. Tried to contact Aaliyah care support but password wouldn’t work for that part either. Just takes up space on my phone now.

iPad approved? If so, doesn’t work

App works great on iPhone, but on iPad just changes to portrait mode and freezes on a blank screen

No longer works on iPad

Still works on my Android phone, but just gives me a blank page on my iPad. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Still no information. Good thing I still have access on my phone but please get the iOS version working again.
