Be careful with free trial!!!!
After the reply from customer service I still feel like I was tricked onto keeping the app and lost quite a bit of money.

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate all feedback, even when it’s negative. We always aim to be as transparent as possible with our terms. For yearly subscriptions, we send both a welcome email with details about the subscription and a reminder email before the trial converts into a paid plan. It’s absolutely not our intention for anyone to feel misled. Our goal is to create a service that children enjoy and that parents find valuable, and we continuously work to improve. If you have any questions about your subscription, you are always welcome to reach out to us at support@hialbert.co.uk, we’re happy to help you further. Warm regards, Team Albert 💙

We take all issues seriously and want to ensure that everything is handled properly. Please contact our support team directly with the correct details, and we’ll work quickly to investigate and resolve the situation. Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to helping you sort this out.
SCAM!!! Don’t leave your bank details, they kept charging me for months after trial cancellation
Don’t take payment from people NOT consenting and agreeing to use of your product - there’s a reason behind why I didn’t choose to use and there’s no way any logical explanation why you take payments for that. You wouldn’t use someone else credit card you found lying on the road - don’t do that with your customers whose details you know, it’s called scam and fraud and you should be better than that if you provide educational products!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience — we’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this has been for you. We want to clarify that we do not and cannot charge for a membership that has been canceled. If you’ve continued to receive charges, this indicates that your original subscription was never canceled, or that a second account may have been created and remained active. We’d be happy to help look into this further —contact our support and just send us the email address(es) that may have been used when signing up so we can locate the subscription(s) and assist you right away. We absolutely understand your concerns and are here to help resolve this for you as quickly and smoothly as possible. 💛

Hi, We're sorry to hear about your experience. If you're still being charged, it’s likely that the subscription wasn’t fully canceled. Deleting the app does not automatically stop the subscription, as it needs to be canceled through the platform where it was purchased (our website or App Store) Please reach out to our support team with the email linked to your account, and we’ll be happy to check and ensure that your subscription is canceled so no further charges are made.
Kids terrified of making mistakes in ‘battles’
Response from developer
Thank you for your valuable feedback! We’re glad to hear that your children enjoy the math games, but we’re sorry to learn that the "battles" in the English games are causing frustration. We completely agree that mistakes are an important part of the learning process, and we understand how the current feature may unintentionally create a fear of making errors. We truly appreciate your perspective, and we’ll pass along your suggestions to our development team to explore how we can better celebrate mistakes and turn them into learning opportunities. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we’re committed to improving the experience for everyone!
