constantly crashes
this app constantly crashes. i’ve been using it for 4 months and despite updates it continues to crash. they also are trying to incorporate AI in ways that make sense. instead of helpful features like telling me THE AISLE AN ITEM IS LOCATED IN (like how kroger does!) they are focusing on AI. girl i dont need AI to tell me how to grocery shop i’m not an idiot. when i do pick up orders, the staff ask me to rate them but the app does not allow that. instead albertsons rates the staff on my behalf. i am not allowed to know the rating or change it. that is dumb!! you are punishing your employees for no reason

Love this app because I can order groceries for pickup on decently short notice. Deals are easier to get on it too.
Privacy Not Respected
This company does not respect privacy. If I provide my zip code, that should be enough. Requiring my precise geolocation to use your app is an invasion of my privacy.
If you’re looking for Mealime…
If you’re hoping this will replace Mealime, you’re going to be fairly disappointed. This app wants you to shop at Albertsons much more than it wants to give you anything close to Mealime’s awesomeness. Unfortunately, Mealime is gone and it’s not coming back.
