You all need to fire creative director for this app, the customer service people and the associates who deal with my orders. I have had nothing but problems with this app and the people who work to support it. I have been shopping at Albertsons for 20 years and today I will no longer to so.

Pairings are fkn annoying
Turn off perfect pairings. No one asked for this and it’s making it hard to shop. I’m 🤏 this close to deleting the app and using another service. Absolutely garbage.

App Wont Open
The app opens maybe 10% of the time and just locks on the opening screen. Especially when I am in the store.
Better deal
Most of the time you get better deal than even Walmart. Every week there are new deals. I shop mostly here. Save a lot of money.

New update is terrible!
All logins gone. My whole profile after 6 years is gone. Tried to set up a new account and couldn’t because an account already exists. Tried to log in and no account exists. The solution: sit on hold for 64 mins. The real Albertsons is gone and Wall Street owns them now.

Recent update removed accessibility of health tab. Fix on next update

Great store to shop
My wife and I have been shopping Albertsons 574 for years. I’m a retired vendor and I always appreciated Katie and her team. But more so even now whenever we’re coming in to shop and if we’re getting something that’s on ad it doesn’t matter if it’s the beginning of the end of the ad she always has it supplied. Probably one best store personal I experienced shopping . Always very helpful and personable .

Won't update
Why do you force me to come here and make an update, but the update won't work? I'm sorry I cannot update no matter how many times I press the button, it just does nothing. This is maddening, we rely on this service for groceries, can we please not do things like this??

I have been using drive up and go for several months. I absolutely love it! If needed customer service is easy to connect with and they are so efficient, helpful, and pleasant. The staff who bring the groceries out to your car are an absolute pleasure. The only negative is that my produce is almost always disappointing. Green beans that won’t snap, like rubber. Cauliflower that begins browning next day. Romaine lettuce wilted and not even close to lettuce I would choose. I never get changes to my order without a chance to edit. Really good shopping experience 😊
