Devastated
February 2026 – I’ve used this app and camera for nearly 6 years. Recently, motion detection notifications stopped. Notifications were enabled and sensitivity adjusted, but no fix. After uninstalling/reinstalling, my security code (written down exactly) is now rejected. The interface feels outdated and needs a refresh. Developer seems inactive. Reluctantly giving it 1/5 – hate to abandon it, but it’s unusable now.

I’ve had this for awhile, just never took it out of the box. The app keeps freezing, it does record, it does notify of motion but the freezing and not recording makes it a waste.

I will change it to a 5 star review if the error about not being able to download videos on the app are able to be downloaded! Anytime I try to download any videos or view previous videos the app crashes. PLEASE FIX.

App isn’t as bad as reviews say in my opinion. The problem people seem to be having is when the cameras disconnect suddenly and then a black screen with a plug pops up. If this happens, wait a few seconds and it will reconnect itself automatically. It’s not the end of the world. BUT ONE THING I BEG OF YOU @DEVELOPERS PLEASE CHANGE THE MOTION MASK TO ALLOW US TO DRAW WHERE YOU WANT TO SELECT INSTEAD OF JUST CHOOSING SQUARES OF SPACE 🙏🏼

Bad bad app
Camera is ok but setup is a pain. Once setup the app just sends motion alarms non stop even with no one around!
Not Functional
I put this in my kitchen so I could make sure my cart doesn't get on my counters. I've had it installed for a few hours but the app never will connect to the stupid camera. Total waste of space.

We purchased this doorbell camera and installation and setup were simple and easy. At first during the day the video quality was very good but then night came and the video was unwatchable. We removed the camera and reset it but nothing changed. In fact during the course of the night it looked like we were watching the Matrix. The video has progressively gotten worse and now there is a purple haze over the entire video. We tried several more times to reset it but still nothing that is watchable. We are taking it off and sending it back to Amazon

Why would you get rid of the button to activate the motion detector on the camera? Now unless you have all day long to sit and watch the cameras it’s useless.

Very poor instructions , not easy to set up I’ve tried with Apple and Android and no success ! DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

I have had these doorbell cameras for several months now. I can never access the recording and they take forever to connect and when they do they disconnect within 30 seconds. A complete waste of money
Techs but can’t connect
This is crap. Phone won’t connect to doorbell. Waste of money. Uninstalled software and reinstalled to no avail.
Wasted money
The camera does not connect to WiFi or BT for more then a minute so I could not even set it up. Definitely will never recommend or purchase from this company again. Returning the camera for my money back going with a reputable company with good reviews.
