Unable to connect my account

I paid for this game over a year ago. I’ve been playing off and on for a while and suddenly I can’t access the version I paid for. Frustrating.

Potential scam

I paid for no ads. 9$ to be exact because the ads were so excessive it was driving me nuts. Well, they still give me ads. Then I go to the restore purchases option and they ask for me to type in my password. I thought nothing of it and did it. Now I realize that was probably stupid. It’s usually the pop up at the bottom that wants my Face ID but this one was different and made me type it. Oh and it still didn’t restore. I went to their Reddit page and searched the forum and this exact issue has been being reported for at least a year if not more. So either the developers don’t care enough to fix it and still charging 9$ for their app that is already offered elsewhere for free, or they are truly doing it to take your money and take your password. Either way it’s deceptive. How can you even offer this option if you know it doesn’t work properly? On top of that they don’t make the app eligible for a refund so my only option was to report potential fraud or scam. And then I had to change my password which as we all know is a pain to deal with.

Pretty disgusting if you ask me.

Response from developer

Hello. Restoring purchases is processed through Apple interface, we have nothing to do with it. Game does not support login / password functionality, all is done through Apple / Meta. If they ask you to enter your password using popups that are confusing for you - please contact their support. And restore purchase functionality does not refund the purchase, not sure what you were trying to achieve with it (it restores non-consumable purchases within Apple account if app lost it / you lost your in-app account). We do not ask for passwords anywhere. Regarding Reddit - there are 2 posts total mentioning issues with No Ads, both users got help. With 200k downloads. if you have issues - please post on Reddit or sent us an email to contact@hostailegames.us with your in-game user ID (which as far as i can see you never did). We will check what happened. Pretty misleading feedback

Incredible but I want more…

I love this game! I truly do! Have many elements and have been playing for so long! I have only one simple request… Please add saves! I want to be able to keep my infinite energy and yet reset my save file to start again (for challenges and events etc.) I understand if this is not possible, but please take my request into consideration.

Two words: Forced Ads

I’m fine with ads in games where you get a reward for watching an ad, but this game forces ads at insanity fast rates. Merge like two things and it asks if you want to pay to get rid of ads and if no gives another ad. If ads were like giving me extra energy when I run out I’d be happy with them but I dislike the inplimintation of ads in this game so much it completely negates any enjoyment I get before it happens.

Thanks for the feedback. Forced ads where refactored and now they give you resources you select.

Good just need help

Would be 5 stars and will be once I can get my progress back I had an old phone with my purchase of unlimited energy and thousands of elements. I emailed the developers website just waiting for response! Aside from that best merge game EVER!

Update: Fixed and now best game ever with a lovely dev team.

Think about it.

I’m just saying it has not happened or anything but it can make anything so that includes gore, and other inappropriate things. Not that smart… I can get nightmares on my own fine no help needed haha… Ahem.

Missing items

The game is nice, but I am watching ads to get certain items, yet I’m not getting the items, waste of time…

Super good for adhd missing haptics!

i’m not a big reviewer but i really like this game for my adhd. what would make it 100x better is if you added haptics! it would make it SO much more satisfying! I hope someone reads this and implements haptics!!

Pretty neat

A pretty neat game, I have bought infinite energy and I’m still getting enjoyment from it after a few weeks of playing. The anticipation of possibly inventing a new element keeps me going, and this app is overall quite underrated compared to its competition.

Love, but as of sun/nov/10/2024 I cannot launch

Loading user takes multiple minutes and the steps after are even longer, making it impossible to play. Gets stuck at last load step… so much for a ‘proformance’ update…

Better than infinite craft

Highly recommend purchasing infinite energy. The addition of ai generated images for each element, plus the ability to see who was the first ever to make each element makes this much more engaging than any other ‘infinite merge’ app out there.

Response from developer

Thanks for your kind words, appreciate this! We also have cool achievements that no other similar games have! And new competitive mode should come soon that will add extra engagement

Same as I’m in love(but)

Their review says a lot of what I was gonna say. I do want to add, I also paid for the unlimited energy and I kinda feel screwed by it (to some extent). Lots of new elements, daily rewards, etc give energy. Since I already have unlimited energy it’s like I’m not getting anything at all. I would really have preferred to get coins or something instead of energy I can’t use. I feel like I’m not accumulating coins as fast as I used to so it would’ve been nice to have that.

Still love the game though!

Response from developer

Thanks for the critical review. We really need to think about what to do with energy rewards. Unlim energy is infinitely better, but optics can definitely be better
