Not the best app for banking
Throughout using this app, I have only experience nothing but bugs and not being able to sign in using my own password. The app will randomly say that you have put an invalid password even though it’s the same password you’ve been using. Also the Face ID on this app has not worked at all since I’ve used this app. This app needs to be fixed

Security questions
Constantly having to put in my security questions to access my app is getting aggravating. If I answer it once I shouldn’t have to constantly answer then more than once a day.
Garbage
This would be a good app if it didn’t make you change your password all the time. I literally write my password down so I don’t forget because I’ve had to change it so often. It will also tell you you’ve entered it incorrectly even though you put it in correct. You get three chances. I have typed it extremely slow with the password that I know is right. Still get locked out and have to call to unlock it. Then put the same thing back in and no problem. This happens at least every two months. There are far better banks and banking apps out there. It’s also very slow to respond . The branch will be seeing me after this weekend in order to close my accounts. When they ask the reason it will simply be stated that their app blows chunks. I have zero issues with my other two banking apps. Those banks know how to build them properly.

This app is constantly locking me out
I have to constantly redo my password log in even though I have facial recognition turned on. I think this happens when the app is updated this is very annoying

Extremely easy to use. Convenient especially for when you're always on the go!
Activation needs work
I use the website all the time, but trying to use this App I get "failed activation" time after time. It's great to see an App in the store for ACU, but it's no good to me if I can't use it. No need for separate activation requiring an account number. Other banks and credit cards don't require it.
Alden mobile banking app
None of the features work on this app. Can only see current balance. Transaction history and other icons do not ever load.
