I have been with Westfield Bank for over 30yrs. Always great customer service. Trusted with my accounts and accounts I opened for kids when they were younger. Free checking!! It would be nice if we got refunded for using other ATMs .

If it works, it’s okay

Every 2 weeks on my pay day, this app is guaranteed to have dropped my acces via facial recognition or the password is incorrect when I have never changed it. This app sucks. I have 2 other banks and never have app issues like this one does

I’ve been with WESTFIELD BANK for over 25 years. It is a great bank to work with my main office is in West Springfield. On Park Street.

Not great.

When the app works the app is actually good but sometimes it will just kick you out for no reason or just say your device violated the security policy and then you can’t access your money until you uninstall the app then reinstall it.
