If it works, it’s okay
Every 2 weeks on my pay day, this app is guaranteed to have dropped my acces via facial recognition or the password is incorrect when I have never changed it. This app sucks. I have 2 other banks and never have app issues like this one does

I’ve been with WESTFIELD BANK for over 25 years. It is a great bank to work with my main office is in West Springfield. On Park Street.
Not great.
When the app works the app is actually good but sometimes it will just kick you out for no reason or just say your device violated the security policy and then you can’t access your money until you uninstall the app then reinstall it.
I can’t open the app all of a sudden

Quick and easy
Online deposits are very easy to do. Makes it easy to do from home.
Terrible app
Works 50% of the time. Often doesn’t even let you sign in. Doesn’t deserve to exist on the App Store

Westfield Bank always has great customer service and support.
Restricted card
Be careful with how many transactions you make because if you do more then 2 transactions they will restrict your card.
Technical difficulties
Anytime at night I go to login I get a “technical difficulties” error and I’m unable to access app. Always at night, extremely frustrating.
Unreliable App that is always down
This app is great when it works. Too bad it works maybe an hour out of the day. Constantly down or “experiencing technical difficulties”.
Easily the worst banking app I’ve used out of Citizens, TD, BOA, Peoples Bank along with even small credit unions.

Switch banks
This app is so bad. Compared to other local banking apps, this is horrible. The sign in is a nightmare. It’s slow, it freezes. This app is so bad it makes me want to switch banks.

The app never works which makes it difficult to check my budget - as a woman who’s on a strict budget. I’ve never dealt with an app that’s given me as much trouble as the WB app.
Never works- Very Frustrating
For an app that deals with someone’s personal bank account, it’s incredible how often this app does not work. I honestly think 60%-70% of the time the app is down. It constantly tells you your information or password is wrong when trying to log in.. even tho the password is saved.
Please fix your app, and stop doing updates at 7am on Friday, when people get paid and are paying bills.

Horrible customer service
Constantly unable to log In due to service outages. Also if you have a fraud charge you can’t just dispute it in app like other banks. Or even call their 800 number. They make you physically go to a branch and sign a paper and won’t give your money back for 3 weeks.

Constantly have to close the app and manually enter in my login information.
For whatever reason it seems as the app only works from 9-5 with their operating hours. Considering banking elsewhere with how frustrating this app can be.

This app is ancient.
If you want an app that experiences “technical difficulties,” multiple times a day causing you to
not be able to log in to see your balance leaving you hoping you don’t get over-drafted, is NOT user-friendly at all, has the visual interface of Windows 2000, then this app is perfect for you.

Very poor mobile app
The app is constantly down late at night. Always says experiencing technical difficulties.
Don’t expect an accurate account balance
Constant issue with their online banking. Balance the day after Comcast bill posts, youd think you would know what your balance is, so you pay another bill with your bank. Come to find out they didnt take the money off your balance. So you think your checking is at $390 so you pay $350 on a bill, come to find out your balance was really $320 and then they charge you $30 because you overdrew thinking their app showed the correct balance.
1/10 would not recommend this bank to others.
