Not happy
Before bank changed from Northshore I was want charged fees when my debit didn’t have enough money for a purchase and this new bank took fees back to back for just trying and it’s not right .
Fix The App!
Lately, all I can expect is “Spinning” to try to access my account in this App! Not a good sign for a bank when someone wants to check on their personal balance.

When and if the app is working it’s slow and outdated. Please update this app and show that you guys actually care
It’s giving…. “I need a new bank”
I don’t understand why accessing the app and my account keeps becoming an issue because of “maintenance.” I can understand short outages for a few hours, but two days and a half is excessive. Right now, I can’t even use the TruNorth Bank ATM to transfer money into my checking account because of this.
It’s a great bank, but we’re in a time where digital access is essential. If the app is going to be unavailable this often, it defeats the purpose of having it at all. There needs to be a more reliable system in place so customers can access their accounts when they need to.

Has Not Worked Once
When I used the app as a North Shore Bank customer it worked great. Ever since my bank became TruNorth, this app has never worked on my iPhone. It alway says I either have no network connection or that the site is down for maintenance - which is not true because I can login via the website on my PC or via any browser on my phone - just not the app.
