Updated review
App remains “phone sized” even when using on a tablet which is annoying. Also, now the notes they allow you to add when making a transfer no longer appear when you click back into the transaction. Looks like this changed sometime in February.

Used harbor one for years until Eastern bank took over!
When my original local bank was taken over by Eastern Bank I had to go into the bank in person for a new banking card and help w/ app but I hours after receiving my new debit card from bank noticed via notification that 300$ had been taken out of my account via atm! I never use ATM and was shocked so called immediately the main bank bc the manager of the bank in abington Massachusetts was the lady that actually
Made my new debit card right there at bank only for me to find out later that evening that not only did she take 300$ she made two debit cards gave me one and took one herself also after pulling 300$ from my account she turned around and used the extra card hours later at cvs a pharmacy i dont use so knew it wasn’t me as soon as I saw the charge!! Then she attempted to pull another amount in the hundreds, luckily by then the fraud center had shut down other card i had no clue.

Need better alerts
Please add an alert for when any activity hits an account. HarborOne had this, as do all my other banking and credit card apps. I mean, there’s an alert for when a check number clears. Really? Checks are a relic of the past. In fact one bank I use doesn’t even provide personal checks anymore. Point is, if you can provide an alert for that, I can’t imagine how difficult it is to add an alert for any transactions, deposit or withdrawal. That would make it so much easier to catch fraud if it ever happened.
