Need debit alerts
Still no alerts on debits except for checks cleared. Please add an alert for ANY account activity. Easy peasy. Right now I have zero warning into things like automated ach withdrawals, etc. Any bad actor could literally be withdrawing from my accounts right now and I would have no idea. Stop and think and let that soak in.

HarborOne account locked
After the collab with EasternBank and HarborOne, i’ve been unable to log into my account and I can’t even check how much money I have left in my account unless I transfer all of it to Venmo.
I have emailed one of the workers that originally helped my create my HarborOne account and she hasn’t responded at all.
For the past months I’ve been trying to login and it keeps saying account unavailable if I do it through the EasternBank login, but if I do it for the “Coming from HarborOne” option it continuously said that my account was locked.
I have no availability of my account and I don’t know what’s currently happening with it unless mail comes in that would tell me how much I have left.And now I was given a new card from Eastern Bank and they still wouldn’t let me into my account.

Updated review
App remains “phone sized” even when using on a tablet which is annoying. Also, now the notes they allow you to add when making a transfer no longer appear when you click back into the transaction. Looks like this changed sometime in February.

Used harbor one for years until Eastern bank took over!
When my original local bank was taken over by Eastern Bank I had to go into the bank in person for a new banking card and help w/ app but I hours after receiving my new debit card from bank noticed via notification that 300$ had been taken out of my account via atm! I never use ATM and was shocked so called immediately the main bank bc the manager of the bank in abington Massachusetts was the lady that actually
Made my new debit card right there at bank only for me to find out later that evening that not only did she take 300$ she made two debit cards gave me one and took one herself also after pulling 300$ from my account she turned around and used the extra card hours later at cvs a pharmacy i dont use so knew it wasn’t me as soon as I saw the charge!! Then she attempted to pull another amount in the hundreds, luckily by then the fraud center had shut down other card i had no clue.

Need better alerts
Please add an alert for when any activity hits an account. HarborOne had this, as do all my other banking and credit card apps. I mean, there’s an alert for when a check number clears. Really? Checks are a relic of the past. In fact one bank I use doesn’t even provide personal checks anymore. Point is, if you can provide an alert for that, I can’t imagine how difficult it is to add an alert for any transactions, deposit or withdrawal. That would make it so much easier to catch fraud if it ever happened.

Came over from HarborOne. Totally useless app for iPad. Don’t even bother.
Easy to use
Just coming over from HarborOne and I like the app. Only issue is it remains “phone sized” even when using on a tablet.
Welcome to the small screen
I just love the retro look of a phone-sized screen on my nice big iPad. It’s so fun to scroll up and down to see information that could all be presented at once on a full-screen app. I thought HarborOne’s app was crude, but Eastern Bank really pulled out all of the stops. I guess I’ll be spending a lot more time in the bank and on the phone, trying to make sense of my accounts.

Suggestion
Change currency input field to automatically add decimal point. First two digits entered are cents. Having to type the period is awkward.

You guys should add the ability to lock the card.
Mostly working
The basic functionality works well; however, more complex features are either missing or not working. For example, viewing deposit history can crash the app temporarily and unexpectedly drop you to the login page.
Multiple accounts
The app itself is very functional. The major downfall is if you have multiple accounts with different sign-on, it will not allow you to use the app to sign on with multiple accounts. So the app has to be uninstalled and reinstalled.

Your app is trash after the sun goes down. Hopefully you don’t need to do anything like move money around after the sun sets cause there’s the routine banking fix every night after 10pm till 3am better hope you don’t need anything done within that time frame or your hosed…….
BIG
After the update to the new app, everything is BIG. Way too BIG for the screen on my iPhone 16+. What’s that all about?
Font too large!
The size of the font on the updated app is much too large. Everything appears distorted. Have resorted to using my laptop to check my banking, which defeats the purpose of the app. Please look into this - I can’t be the only one bothered!

Why are the fonts so big? I can’t even see what the charge is for now without selecting each item?! I don’t see anywhere I can change it.
Bad move
This is so ridiculous to do to older clients. Because I can’t afford a “ new whiz kid “ phone , I’m being punished and treated like a moron. All your “Good “ just went out the window!
