The application or device has violated security protocol. App works about half the time. Do not recommend using this, because it’s almost impossible

It’s easy, convenient and I’ve become accustomed to it.
Frustrating
Constant frustrating issues with this app. Just want to be able to check my balance whenever I want. This app is consistently not available when I try to login at night, weekends, etc. & constantly forgets my Face ID. After 30 years with them it’s time to find a new bank. I see reviews on here from 7 years ago with the same issues. Fix your app! Other banks are able to support their apps just fine, figure it out….
