Frustrating
This app randomly logs you out then tells you that you’re accurate correct password and usernames are not correct. It’s very frustrating trying to check the balance of my account. It’s a constant Aunt. It would be very much appreciated if it wasn’t to hear so I can just check my balance instead of having to go through making a new password and then being told that it’s not the correct password that I just made.

It’s easy, convenient and I’ve become accustomed to it.
Frustrating
Constant frustrating issues with this app. Just want to be able to check my balance whenever I want. This app is consistently not available when I try to login at night, weekends, etc. & constantly forgets my Face ID. After 30 years with them it’s time to find a new bank. I see reviews on here from 7 years ago with the same issues. Fix your app! Other banks are able to support their apps just fine, figure it out….

The app is down almost every other day and there is 0 customer service. There is a number to dial but it just circles you from one AI to the next until it hangs up. Your money is not safe or usable until they feel like it and this happens often. Read all the 1 star reviews and you will see the 5 stars are clearly fake/bought. Canceling my account this week.

Needs a lot improvement
One of the worst mobile banking apps I have ever used. I never know if I’m going to be able to login and check my account, or if the app is going to pop up with a long message telling me its unable to validate my information. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Fed-up & Lame - Just Use Their Website
For what actually works in this app, you can save space on your phone and just use their equally lame website. Their answer is to call instead of actually making the links in the app perform the functions they describe.
Transferring to an external account or paying bills repeatedly doesn’t work. “Try again later.”, is the response. Contacting them through email kicks you out of the app and to their website, where supposedly you’re linked in to a secure method of contact. I got a response in my email box telling me to go back to the site, log in and use the secure contact link to send them a message. No response to my question! Pure runaround!

Northshore
I have free checking, but yet they charge me extra charges half the time I can’t even access the app is constantly going down. I’m trying to pay bills and it says my account is suspended. I would not recommend Northshore Bank. The only reason I haven’t changed is because if I do that goes against me on my credit report.

So BAD! Face ID is a joke!
I would love this app if it was’t for the fact that ever other day it errors out and says I have to reset everything. So then I’ll try to log in with just my password and then that doesn’t work either. I usually have to wait like 4 hours before I can finally log in again at which point I have to remember to turn back on the Face ID option again. It’s so frustrating. Obviously it does this so much I’ve decided I needed to leave a review. PLEASE FIX THUS ISSUE!!!!

This app is horrible I would give it 0 stars if possible!!! I can’t never log in at night for some reason or early in the morning. I’m just so annoyed with it. Very unreliable
