They promised me 2 free necklaces to call for help, just in case you fell down and couldn’t access your phone. Those never came. So another lie, and pretty cheap door bell camera

Everything about this company was a red flag and I should have never got with them when the sales rep asked to hit my weed. And the tech man who set up left my door open! Not just unlocked but OPEN! Very unprofessional and good luck canceling they make it super hard. Stay far away from these people. It’s not even worth it tbh

New app is a huge upgrade
I’ve had Alder for a while now. I’ve never had issues with the older system, but it was pretty basic. This system is awesome 10/10 and highly recommend getting it.
Love the new app
I have loved my alder systems and have had good experience with the app although it had a few things I didn’t like. I didn’t think they could make it much better but I was wrong. this new app is great and I love the functionality.

I’ve been with alder through 3 different panels and this most recent one is the best, app works much quicker than before. Getting serviced took a little bit but it was worth the wait.
