Worst Company ever. Long wait times when calling and there equipment starts to fail and break down so they can charge you for replacements. Can’t wait until I can cancel my plan.
Door camera
Been waiting for 3 month for tech to come out. They keep. Changing days now they are trying to come when I am at work . Telling them my hours so change day but same hours , supposed to call me back been 3 days tried to e mail call text nothing. And I am stilll having to pay for what I can’t use
Worst Security Company and App
App crashes, has frequent errors, minimal features, unusable video play back - for company review I would rate -5 . Install was garbage, system is none functioning, tech installed cameras by plugging them in just below the cam outside. That defeats the purpose. Support is difficult to work with. They’re based overseas and English is a barrier.

Everything about this company was a red flag and I should have never got with them when the sales asked to hit my weed. And the tech man who set up left my door open! Not just unlocked but OPEN! Very unprofessional and good luck canceling they make it super hard. Stay far away from these people. It’s not even worth it tbh

Refuse to give me full refund! Refuse to give me supervisor above them contact information; so I can return product.
Sent products without getting my text confrontation that they were asking me for.
Deceitful, lied to me multiple times over the phone and am not able to return the product within my 30 day trial.
They need to be sued!!

Glitches all the time
Had the Alder wireless cameras for 2years. For one they have a very small range so better hope you have either extremely good wifi or a super small house. The app itself glitches all the time. I have to close my app out like 5 times before i can actually get my camera pulled up to see live view. Just because of the app alone I wouldn’t buy Alder again

Less to do with the app and more to do with the entire company. It’s not a scam, but it’s certainly a regret.

Great service but terrible app
The people I set up the service with were nice, they were helpful with me setting up my account, but the app hasn't let me log in since the first day I had this service, which is really disappointing. I was afriad I was the only one having issues but unfortunately not . I hope they update the app soon but seeing as they haven't updated in a year there's no chance I'll be using it. I JUST reset my password and logged into the website just fine so it's definitely the app. Oh well.

Help
Engineers need to review this app. Specially, for the iPhones. There seems to be an issue where even if the system is disarmed and all doors are closed. The app says the door is open or sensor is open but in reality everything is normal there is some glitches in this app that need to be fixed. Because when you arm, the alarm is telling you to bypass those sensors but they’re really fine.

Alder is deceptive
When I got my system i was very excited, but my panel would not connect to the tower internet connection and so I called and asked to be connected but they were unable to make it work so I wanted to cancel but they are very deceptive in when you sign things and make it very hard to cancel with them, 2000 to cancel! Pls alder

Disappointed
I’ve had the security cameras for over a year now and one no longer works. The cameras don’t catch everything they should. Had police chase someone through my yard, right past the cameras and it didn’t catch any of it. Doorbell camera stopped working and was on the phone with their service people to get it up and working. Was on my cellphone so long it died and the doorbell camera still not working. Sadly I’m stuck with them for another 3.5 years. I wouldn’t recommend them. App is no better, needs updating/ fixes.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM
A big fraud !!! They give you good prices but you will sign up for a 60-month contract for a service/ system that don’t work. The app is so slow and don’t even let you know when someone is right in front of the house/camera/door; like come on what’s the point? I went back and forth with the customer service because the guy who signed me up promised to send me sensors for all the entrees and exits (windows and doors) but only sent half. Now, customer service is telling me that I need to pay for the rest smh. I hope they do better.

Notification will not clear off!

The app does not let you see anything once you ever get on. The app will not let me sign on now I deleted it several times, and re added the app, but it still won’t work. No one ever calls you about anything with this company. I’m not impressed, it worked when I first got it installed, but it won’t let me on the website at all. Terrible

Horrible App, horrible company
This app is trash and doesn’t work. I’ve had to install/uninstall constantly, and it gives me an error message where I can’t even log in or view it. Alder is a terrible company, and I wish I never dealt with them.
