Update the app message
For the mast 2 years every time I open the app it says UPDATE. Maddening because I am up to date and on it daily Please fix

I love aldis. I feel they need to fix the app to be more user friendly like other grocery apps.
In the old app you could click on an item in the add and then click on add to list. This is no longer an option. I can’t even find a shopping list in the app or how to make it.
Also when you click on weekly ad it opens in an external browser and not the app.
I like how when you search for items it does list if they are sold out or not.
A frustrating thing with aldis in general is that stores place out the featured items ahead of the Wednesday ad. And on the app, if you search before Wednesday they are not listed. But. If you go into the store, half the time they are already on display or already sold out.
I wish Aldi had a rule that you cannot put them out until Tuesday night or Wednesday morning across all stores.

Awful update
The app is awful now
Snap
Won’t let me add snap to payments. Says this location doesn’t accept snap. I prefer online orders and this has been happening for several months.
Nearest Store M.I.A.!
The closest Aldi is 2.2 miles away from me and it’s on the same street where I live. It opened on December 5, 2024, yet it doesn’t show up using the store locator in the app. (I know it’s there - I’ve shopped there and pass by it regularly.) The app’s locator shows several others but not that one. Can’t order online and pick up at the closest store - what’s the use?
