Why doesn’t my local (29576) show in the app? It is open, I shopped there yesterday!
Hate the new app design
I used to love to look at all the new Aldi finds. I’d spend quite a bit of time on the app. Now I can barely even see all the items. Today even the categories weren’t pulling up the items in the category. It’s incredibly user unfriendly and I pretty much avoid it. I know for me a bought a lot of AOS items based on the research I did on the app. Now I just go in with no game plan. I’m spending a lot less money so I guess there is that.

Love Aldi. App is meh.
Have always loved Aldi. The app is only so-so. The app for the other store we shop at (Shop Rite) is keyed to our specific store location. The shopping list sorts items by aisle and shelf. And whether there are specials on it. Whether it’s in stock. When you check off an item it goes to a second tab called checked off. Also the WiFi in the store is easy to access.

Has gotten better
The app has gotten better but still not great. The shopping list bar is annoying, give me the option to close it so it’s not blocking my view of the products ( you want me to buy).
Did not receive my order
I waited nearly 5 hours and they never even started my order. By the time I had filed a refund, the store was already closed and even though they had an option to reschedule my delivery none of the inputs worked.
Overall good
Havent had any real issues with the in app usage. Even ordering delivery was overall effective. The only thing I dont like is when ordering delivery, although you can choose if the buyer gets something in place of an item that may not be in stock, you still dont know if your shopper is getting the best looking item. Sometimes shoppers just pick whatever's there without bothering to see if the items in the package are actually still good, not bruised or damaged.

New app is AWFUL
Come on, Aldi. What the hell? As of last week, you were my example of everything a grocery app should be. Then, I open the app and my list is gone. And if I want to recreate it, I need multiple clicks. Then, it no longer sorts my list by section. I don’t WANT to order pickup. I just want to make a list, come to the store and shop. And like others have said, finding my actual store is a huge challenge now too. Huge FAIL. Go back to old app.

Latest Update is Terrible
A couple days ago the app changed, it no longer gives you a shopping list, so when shopping you can check off items already shopped for, now it’s just an online shopping cart. At least fix this issue where there’s a cart for online shopping and a list for in store shopping. Up until this point I’ve been happy with the app.

False charge
I gave you one star as a courtesy. Please check your app./groceries/delivery/pickup etc. Whatever is needed. I’m being falsely charged and I have never purchased anything from you nor have I received any product from your store. This is very upsetting. Please clear this matter immediately.
Where’s my store?
The store in my town isn’t on here. We’ve been out of regular dairy products for weeks and I wanted to check and see if they ever got restocked but noticed my store isn’t even an option
Remove the Get $15 Banner
App is USELESS. Can’t use it with the red banner for home delivery.
Worst app
I’ve tried five times to create an account and it does not move forward. The worst app ever.
App and website error
This app and the website is garbage, created my account but everytime log in, said we cant authorize you because of an OAuth error and there is not CS, i need to order a delivery today, now because of this have to choice a different store
Used to work well, update broke App
This app is a mess, it’s super cluttered, and the shopping list function doesn’t work. I just want to easily browse your weekly add and quickly add things to my in-app shopping list. Instead of doing so directly from the sales ad, I have to go some other roundabout way? That’s not efficient!
Bugs Fixed, the App Now Works!
Thank you for fixing the bugs that prevented the app from displaying the weekly sale paper. Also, thank you for fixing the bug that erroneously told users that the app needed to be updated when in fact it did not.
Store SPR 43 missing
No matter what I do I can’t in-store shop store SPR 43
Pickup order placed at 10am
I do not use this service often. Normally I do not have any issues. I placed my order yesterday at 10am for a pickup between 5-6pm. I pulled in at 5:02 and my order was not picked yet. I had to sit and wait for my order to be picked. I got an email earlier in the day stating they could not find anyone to pick my order. If I have to sit and wait then why do they still charge my $1.99. You had 7 hours to have my order ready.

Store locator is useless
I put in exact corner where an established Aldi is to shop in store and it invariably tries to send me 7 to 10 miles away from there
Upgrade has ruined app
None of the sort functions are working. I always loved how you could sort by unit price but that has stopped working. Additionally, when you click a show all category - it’s note showing all and is instead showing grouped categories and those categories are also not sorting. What happened? Was this an ai coded destroyed update? Still also constantly asking you to update even after updating. Please fix the app back to when it worked perfectly earlier this year.
