Update the app message
For the mast 2 years every time I open the app it says UPDATE. Maddening because I am up to date and on it daily Please fix

I love aldis. I feel they need to fix the app to be more user friendly like other grocery apps.
In the old app you could click on an item in the add and then click on add to list. This is no longer an option. I can’t even find a shopping list in the app or how to make it.
Also when you click on weekly ad it opens in an external browser and not the app.
I like how when you search for items it does list if they are sold out or not.
A frustrating thing with aldis in general is that stores place out the featured items ahead of the Wednesday ad. And on the app, if you search before Wednesday they are not listed. But. If you go into the store, half the time they are already on display or already sold out.
I wish Aldi had a rule that you cannot put them out until Tuesday night or Wednesday morning across all stores.

Awful update
The app is awful now
Snap
Won’t let me add snap to payments. Says this location doesn’t accept snap. I prefer online orders and this has been happening for several months.
Nearest Store M.I.A.!
The closest Aldi is 2.2 miles away from me and it’s on the same street where I live. It opened on December 5, 2024, yet it doesn’t show up using the store locator in the app. (I know it’s there - I’ve shopped there and pass by it regularly.) The app’s locator shows several others but not that one. Can’t order online and pick up at the closest store - what’s the use?

Long time Lover of Aldi
We have been shopping Aldi’s since they built one in Adrian, Michigan and we fell in love with it then. That was in the mid 1990’s.
Then we moved up north and the closest one was 120 round trip. Now we have one in Cadillac, Michigan. We are still loving it.

The app is cluttered insted of stream lined like it was very difficult to navagate. Please fix. It show up the same way in instant cart.
????? Where’s My Store?
July now and the new DURANT, OK store is STILL NOT ADDED. Guess downloading the APP AGAIN was pointless so I’ll be DELETING IT AGAIN!! Less than professional - I’m really disappointed - AGAIN. Below is from the first time I tried Aldi app:
We got a new local store so I downloaded the app to see products and prices. I continued in the app as a guest. After I entered my zip code and picked a store it went to how to shop (pickup, etc.) which I had already chosen. Then it keeps me in a loop of how to shop, my zip code, and where to shop. Went through it 5-6 times. Really disappointed - I was looking forward to seeing what Aldi had to offer.
Oh yeah, when I click on the app support below it takes me to the app - and the NEVER ENDING LOOP.
#### ADDITIONAL ISSUE: I can’t even look at the sales ad. I click to see the website sales ad and it takes me to that same loop in the app. I’m deleting this app until it is fixed.

Glitched/bugged
Every time I add items to my cart or make a list the items do not add right away. I have to close the app and refresh it and then half the items are there it’s very annoying.
Delivery
I placed order yesterday they told me I’m gonna get it the next day from 10 to 12 I waited five hours nothing arrived
Terrible
This app feels unsafe. It won’t let you fully close it and deleting your account doesn’t work because the confirmation never arrives. The interface is a disaster with text overlapping so badly that it’s impossible to tap some options. It freezes all the time and is barely usable. Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded.

Bring back item Search history in the app!
If the app developers happen to read this, PLEASE bring back item Search history feature in the app! This was previously functional in the app until recent update. Now the app is not as user-friendly and does not show Search history. Super frustrating! Also pls improve app for improved use but mostly add search feature back so users don’t have to manually re-type products each time searched. Thanks!

Just want to view weekly ad
Why did you make it so difficult to look at the weekly ad. I used to be able to just log into the app now. It wants me to choose whether I want delivery pick up or to shop on my own even when I choose to shop on my own it doesn’t even let me get to the weekly ad. I just wanna see what the Aldi fines are. Do you not want me to buy the stuff?

I just learned that the app has built-in recipes if you go to the settings section and look for recipe
It tells you everything you need if you scroll all the way to the bottom it has step-by-step methods
And then you can just add it to your cart. You can choose substitute as well or just not having an ingredient entire

App is Buggy and Unhelpful
I originally had a very positive review and honestly, this place SUCKS. Don’t bother ordering for pick up because insta cart is absolutely trash. They will not substitute my items (probably due to laziness) and now I have to go into the store and grab the items (items that are not sold out, they just didn’t bother looking). I have repeatedly tried to get help through the app and all I can get to is a help page through insta cart where I can’t even get help because it’s just information on previous issues.

I would like the app more if there was more information to see nutritional info of foods. Would appreciate a few additional pictures of items to see nutritional info.
Intrusive AF
Latest update is awful. Won’t let you do anything without first sharing your location. I just want to see the weekly ad without being harassed about how I want to shop.
