Bugs Fixed, the App Now Works!
Thank you for fixing the bugs that prevented the app from displaying the weekly sale paper. Also, thank you for fixing the bug that erroneously told users that the app needed to be updated when in fact it did not.
Store SPR 43 missing
No matter what I do I can’t in-store shop store SPR 43
Pickup order placed at 10am
I do not use this service often. Normally I do not have any issues. I placed my order yesterday at 10am for a pickup between 5-6pm. I pulled in at 5:02 and my order was not picked yet. I had to sit and wait for my order to be picked. I got an email earlier in the day stating they could not find anyone to pick my order. If I have to sit and wait then why do they still charge my $1.99. You had 7 hours to have my order ready.

Store locator is useless
I put in exact corner where an established Aldi is to shop in store and it invariably tries to send me 7 to 10 miles away from there
Upgrade has ruined app
None of the sort functions are working. I always loved how you could sort by unit price but that has stopped working. Additionally, when you click a show all category - it’s note showing all and is instead showing grouped categories and those categories are also not sorting. What happened? Was this an ai coded destroyed update? Still also constantly asking you to update even after updating. Please fix the app back to when it worked perfectly earlier this year.

Do not use their delivery option!
You will show zero dollars for the delivery when checking out (7.99 is crossed out and reflects zero) and then when your receipt arrives, you are actually charged the 7.99 for the delivery. When you dispute, they send you to Instacart who will deny the refund request. Fraudulent practices. Just save yourself and order with door dash or order curbside.

Used to be good... what happened?
Weekly ad no longer works in the app. App constantly puts up a yellow banner saying either the OS/app need upgraded when no updates are available. Since it has been broken, Aldi has updated the app a few times but none of those updates fixed these problems. Maybe they're vibecoding this into garbage now? Who knows. Very disappointed though.

Missing features
The app used to have the ability to view nutrition labels on products, this needs to come back in the next update
Terrible Update
It has been a long time since I have been this frustrated with an app update. This app went from working perfectly to losing all purpose for me to even use it.
It constantly notifies me to update the app, even though I’m running the latest version.
I can no longer access any shopping list function, as it now forces me to add items to the cart. I don’t always want to buy through the app. I loved the list function and can’t access it anymore. My wife’s phone app works fine with the list.
Using the family option seemed great. Until I made an order and she could not say she was there to pick it up. I tried even sharing it with her through text since she is technically “somebody else” picking it up. She could only see the order. That was it. So I had to do everything from my side on the app.
In short, this app has become a joke. This version obviously was not thoroughly tested before throwing it out to the public. I expect better from Aldi.

wish it had nutritional info
great app, good UI and easy to find stuff and make lists, just wish it had the feature under products as how some other grocery apps have where you can see the nutrition label/info of foods!

I always get a notification that I need to update the app. Going to the store and there is NO UPDATE AVAILABLE. It doesn’t matter if it’s the phone or tablet.
I tried to fix it by uninstalling the app on my devices and reinstalling it. Well that didn’t work.
I drive 2 hours to the nearest store and having a funktional app would be really helpful.

Why?
Sloppy. Update your app. Every time I open the app I get the same message. But there is no update available. What a waste of space with this banner!
Terrible App
The app doesn’t work well at all. Items show as out of stock but are available, other items show as in stock but aren’t. It will show you a coupon to save money, but when you open the app in the store at checkout the coupon is nowhere to be found. What a total scam.

I’m glad you finally got my local store in Durant (OK) into the app. I just happened to look while ago and happened to see it. I was actually about to delete the app. Only gave 4 star because I haven’t really checked out the store yet.

It doesn’t work, I always end up having to use the web.
No access to the weekly ad
I am on the Aldi app and it will not pull up the weekly ad (once again) and it keeps telling me to use the app. I hit "weekly ad" and it's telling me there are no results and to once again to use the app. I like to shop at Sldi, but I want to see the weekly specials. I will be shopping somewhere else from now on. FIX YOUR APP!
