Fails
Update two weeks later…STILL DOESN’T WORK!! utilizing guest refill. It will not recognize the prescription number!!!!
Constantly says I do not have the correct prescription number. 100% do have the correct prescription number and the phone number. I’ve been doing this for years. It is the app failing.

Terrible app
Cludgy, never works and constant unnecessary updates whenever you are trying to shop and have no service.
Shame on you
Clearly not using your app. When shopping from your list you have to refresh after marking each item to get it back in order. Shameful when the app is so bad that you change stores. The version prior to the AI was much better. I gave you two upgrades to correct the problem but it really is a mess.
Great Employees, But Unfair Pricing and Availability Practices
I really enjoy the Kroger employees I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, whether through pickup or delivery. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, and I appreciate the service they provide.
Unfortunately, my experience with the app itself has been much less positive. I’ve noticed that prices through the Kroger app for pickup or delivery can be significantly higher than the prices in the store, and prices through Instacart can be even higher. I’ve also noticed availability shifting between pickup and delivery in ways that can make it feel as though customers are being encouraged toward the delivery program or Instacart.
What concerns me most is the impression that purchasing patterns are being tracked and then used to influence what prices, services, or availability are presented to individual customers. Whether that is actually how the system works or not, the experience can feel very manipulative and lacking in transparency.
I believe customers deserve clear, consistent pricing and honest availability regardless of whether they shop in-store, choose pickup, or have their groceries delivered. I’m happy to support Kroger and its employees, but these practices make it difficult to feel that I’m getting a fair deal or being treated transparently as a customer.

Aisle identification
Many products are not indicated in the correct aisles . Sometimes there is an aisle number, which doesn’t even exist in the store.
