I have been using this app without any issues until today when I ordered groceries. The delivery driver appears to have taken my groceries, claiming that my apartment information was not provided. I have successfully placed orders in the past, and I am currently unable to obtain a full refund.

Substitutions

Substitutions doesn’t work very well. You can’t check anything other than approve. There is another option, but it doesn’t work.

I initially had notifications turned on because of my pick ups, but I can’t stand how many advertising notifications I get from this app.

App Good…Delivery Service…Not So Much

The app is very easy to use. However, if you use the delivery service MAKE SURE TO GO OVER YOUR RECEIPT! My shopper/delivery person charged my card and bought extra items for themselves. It was 2 items I have never purchased and will never purchase. Getting ahold of customer service was easy & getting the money back was painless. Thank You Dillons!!!
