Turn off notifications
I initially had notifications turned on because of my pick ups, but I can’t stand how many advertising notifications I get from this app.
App Good…Delivery Service…Not So Much
The app is very easy to use. However, if you use the delivery service MAKE SURE TO GO OVER YOUR RECEIPT! My shopper/delivery person charged my card and bought extra items for themselves. It was 2 items I have never purchased and will never purchase. Getting ahold of customer service was easy & getting the money back was painless. Thank You Dillons!!!

New app is awful
The new list doesn’t match what I make online. It doesn’t order things by aisle (I’ll have produce sections at the top middle and end) and every time I click to either check mark an item or remove it the entire list gets shuffled. Some items won’t remove and they don’t have pictures like online so can tell something is weird. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled several times.

The Dillon’s app adds new functionality all the time. The problem is the app is not regression tested well.
Whenever there is a new release, old functionality is broken.
Reporting problems is difficult. I use the shopping list functionality all the time, and this situation is frustrating
