The Dillon’s app adds new functionality all the time. The problem is the app is not regression tested well.
Whenever there is a new release, old functionality is broken.

Inconsistent
This app is one of the reasons I have gone to other stores that automatically load coupons to members’ cards/numbers.
Grocery list bug
Can you fix the list bugs, keeps leaving or deleting items. Also when adding more quantity to items on list it refreshes and reorganizes the list.
Pharmacy app
Your prescription app doesn't give an update on prescription status says try again later that's why my rating is so low if I could give a rating less than one star I would pathetic

Not working
The app won’t open and internet won’t let me log in. Done shopping at Dillons! Fix your technology please!
Awful
The ui for this app is horrible. Dillon’s really needs to get it together. You think with each update it would improve but instead gets worse. It’s laggy, it freezes, cuts the page in half when you try to see the participating items in a certain sale. People would probably buy more groceries with the app if they made it easier to use.

Still needs work
Still not able to click pictures or pinch to zoom. This should have been implemented years ago. This is standard with Walmart and Target.
Second, products have issues where they just keep scrolling the same items over and over. It says there are 937 99 cent items available when you shop all, but all it does is continuously scrolling through about 15-20 and then it repeats those same ones again. You should also be able to click each section where the 99 cent items are. For instance snacks. You should be able to click it and scroll through items.

Losing user friendly features every update
The last few updates have made the list which is the most important function into the most difficult thing to use. From removing the search and add functionality in the list to removing the aisle number from an obvious easy to see section of the list to now not being able to sort by aisle number because it sorts by the first digit instead of the entire number. Maybe your team should quit with trying to make finding things easier especially at the same time the stores are rearranging

Making shop list just keeps getting more difficult.
With each update the shopping list feature gets more difficult to use. This latest update makes it nearly impossible to see which aisle items are located in. I primarily use the app for the ease of having my list ready to go with the location of each item in the store so I can go through seamlessly. This feature is getting more and more difficult to use and is extremely frustrating.

Takes forever to load
I used to use the app all the time but now it takes forever to load. I can’t go into the app to clip new coupons or search for things because the app is never working.
Please quit “improving” your app
Another update that doesn’t work. Latest issue: Allow substitutions doesn’t work in my cart now. If I allow for one item and add a substitution it doesn’t save it. If I try to turn it off for one item it doesn’t save it. You guys really need to work on testing your updates better.
Never works correctly
This Ap gives me endless trouble. It says I have nothing on my list when I do, items reappear when I check them off, I have to constantly find the new way to add to the list. It’s a pain. Everyday it’s something new.
Updated app is glitchy
Require update to the app is glitchy. Taking “forever”for my shopping list to show up and then once my list does update, every time I add a new item to my list, it has to update the list …again. Please fix.
Works….sometimes
As a family, we share one account. But, we often struggle, from device to device, with the list function. It rarely works correctly. The list won’t update from device to device. So, whoever might be doing the shopping won’t have a correct list.
Dillons Falls Another Rung From Grace
Once again, Dillon’s has managed to fall another rung from grace. After this last update, it deleted everything in my cart when I close the app, but freezes when I try to complete an order. It’s as if they don’t want customers anymore. Ever since they abandoned their “customer-first” service mission and their “world-class experience” philosophy, they have continually fallen from grace and had misstep after misstep. The latest issue with the app is just another symptom for this problematic company and their leadership.

New update
It took away the ability to add items to the shopping list in the store. I like to do this to help keep me in budget and look for coupons at the same time. It also now lags horribly. I have to wait 10-15 seconds per check mark for it to refresh. I am accidentally marking items shopped because of the lagging.
