App will not open

I have tried over 20 times to download the app and it stops at entering my email. I have gone to King Soopers in Denver since I was a kid. Now I am 75 and want to use all the opportunities to save money because prices are so high. Help me.

Worthless

This app is completely worthless. Not user friendly at all.

App will not connect

I have been getting “trouble connecting” and “products will not load” messages for two days. I’ve uninstalled, updated the iOS, switched WiFi and cellular, logged out, etc. The app simply refuses to connect. Their Kroger app does the same thing. Useless if it won’t load.

The app hasn’t worked properly in 3 days. It keeps saying the products are unable to load. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working. I can’t do any shopping or clip coupons.

In my old job I only administer a couple of hundred computers but if I ever sent out as many buggy updates as you guys do I definitely would have lost my job.
