Terrible coupon interface
No idea why people think this app is great at coupons, it is one of the worst user experiences for this function I have seen yet. No way to filter out coupons you have already clipped. Huge blocks that take up 1/3 of the screen. No way to directly add items to a shopping list…and don’t get me started on the pickup and delivery only coupons. I can only guess many of these reviews are paid for.

Can't log on
Most of this app's features have to do with your account (shopping lists, cart, coupons, etc.) and I haven't been able to log in for over three months. The login screen *never* loads all of the way. I've logged in/out of the App Store, deleted and redownloaded, tried to move the loading screen to my own browser... nothing.

Save to list button not working
Since the update the save to it button is not working, as well as when you are in your list the aisles no longer show or the items are all mixed up. Highly annoying these features were very convenient, now just a pain in the rear.
Lists aren’t working
The update to the lists is for the birds!
All items were checked from the last shopping trip. When you Uncheck All items only unchecks one item! Very frustrating. Did anyone even test this app; like a customer that uses it?

Every Update Seems To Make It Worse
It seems that every time this app is updated, it screws something new up, especially with the list function. Such as not allowing things to be added to the shopping list. Or not being able to organize the list. The latest terrible update mixes up all the items on the list whenever you try to check something off. I like being able to use the app to organize my shopping list and make it easier to find items, but if this is going to continue, I’d be better off using a piece of paper.

Incredibly Frustrating
I have tried several ways to enter my unit number in addition to my address, only to view my delivery posted for the driver, without my unit number. I’m not sure why your system refuses to acknowledge and accept unit numbers, but it is an issue for me and your team. I’m tired of being contacted because no unit number is given and they don’t know where to go.

Mostly Good
The app is well thought out. I know there are limitations but you all have done a great job save one thing. Reviews on deliveries. Right now you have to log into the website to leave a proper review. The delivery drivers depend on these to keep their gigs and get raises. Make it easier!
App keeps crashing
App kept crashing was the first red flag. I selected a time slot for delivery and delivery said it was going to be 5 HOURS LATE!!! I waited those 5 HOURS just for them to cancel my order. Will NEVER use this app again. Had to get groceries through DoorDash. Thanks king Soopers(NOT!!)
Glitching/not loading
Normally this app is amazing! I can search products, see the prices, clip coupons, see if something is in stock, and see which aisle most items/products are in … lately the app hasn’t been loading. I’ll open the app, or click on an add or coupon preview in my email, like I always do, and the app will start to open, but won’t load. Not sure what’s going on. Even if I close it out, and open the app separately from an email, it still won’t stop “loading” to allow me to look/search anything. Please fix this bug, or whatever it is.

List sucks
I used to love the lost feature. Made shopping super efficient. But now, instead of sorting by aisle, it shuffles my items. So frustrating.

This app is the buggiest app I think I’ve ever seen. They are constantly making updates, and the updates make the app worse, and worse each time. I wish I could go back back to the version they had about two years ago.
Why Won’t This Work Consistently????
So, for the umpteenth time I try to add items to my pickup order for tomorrow. First, most items in my order (previously submitted and confirmed) now say Product Not Found (is the store empty?). And after adding items, and ordering backups, the app says there is a problem and won’t let me add anything. So I waited some hours. Same thing. I use a lot of apps and NONE have the problems this one does. And I have used it for years. How could it be this glitchy for so long?

There are so many problems with this app. Contacting customer service is a nightmare. What have done to your app? Some how you have my wrong phone number and I can’t correct the problem. Hope this time you will email me to at least let me know it has been read
Leave Review Option
I’ll happily change this to a five when I figure out how to leave a review for the driver in the app. I don’t see a way to do that. These people depend on these reviews for their performance reviews and raises. The only way I can see to leave a review is to login online which is cumbersome for something so important. Thanks!

So buggy
With every iteration this app introduces new bugs. I work in software and if my apps had these kinds of backslides with every release we’d be holding meetings to figure out how to stabilize things. I begrudgingly use this app. And when it works it’s fine. But I’m more often fighting with it than not. KS is a great store. The app? Not so much.

Hard to use
This use to be good and has so much potential. The list is basically unusable now. You can’t swipe away items anymore. Adding, updating or removing an item shuffles the list until you refresh. Can’t collapse the view. Crashes all the time.
App pricing often don’t match checkout price!!
My biggest complaint is how poorly the coupons/product signage match the check out system. I always find mistakes (never in my favor!). Today I literally took picture of items on sale to show the cashier (just in case the system didn’t match signs on the floor). My original bill was $150. After painstakingly reviewing my pictures, the final bill was reduced to $130.
