App will not connect
I have been getting “trouble connecting” and “products will not load” messages for two days. I’ve uninstalled, updated the iOS, switched WiFi and cellular, logged out, etc. The app simply refuses to connect. Their Kroger app does the same thing. Useless if it won’t load.
App not working
The app hasn’t worked properly in 3 days. It keeps saying the products are unable to load. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working. I can’t do any shopping or clip coupons.
Bugs
In my old job I only administer a couple of hundred computers but if I ever sent out as many buggy updates as you guys do I definitely would have lost my job.
Search function is unusable
Are you looking for something specific? Well how about we show you some UNRELATED SPONSORED item first instead! Honestly, if your search function doesn’t show the user the thing they searched, why have a search function at all? When searching for cheese, why would spinach and shallots show up before the cheese? I don’t want your irrelevant suggestions, I want the thing I actually typed in.

Want a app that constantly logs you out and won’t load
Want an app that constantly logs you out and won’t load? Look no farther than the King Soopers app. Every other update it logs you out and won’t recognize your credentials. Their store WiFi won’t let it load which is even more helpful. But what can you expect from a company that the executive leadership brags about gouging the shoppers.

Buggiest app ever!
This app is the buggiest I have ever seen, and it gets worse with every “update”! The biggest bug of concern is that when trying to use my list while shopping, every time I check off an item! The sort goes haywire and I have to exit the list and reload so that it is ordered by aisle again.
Search is trash
The search is absolute garbage. I can type in a specific product name and brand, and I’ll still have to scroll to find it. Today I was searching for something and it was giving me items that weren’t even related and I couldn’t even find the item I wanted even though I know they sell it. I have no idea who programmed the search feature but it SUCKS. Why can’t you just show me what I’m fkng asking for? Why is that so hard? I don’t understand.

Terrible UI
Navigating this app is terrible. UI needs a whole overhaul.
Doesn’t work
This app never connects to the servers no matter what you do. If you change your password, it won’t allow you to login again with the new password. There’s something wrong with your back in Service‘s Kroger. You need to fix it or hire some programmers you know what they’re doing.
Consistently poor user experience
I’ve used this app for years and it used to be pretty decent. There was a major update a year or two ago maybe and I have not had a good experience since then. Currently when making my shopping list the “Save To List” option is not working so I have to go into each product and add it to the list. It’s taking twice as long. The biggest frustration that I’ve provided feedback on multiple times, is having to navigate to the list and scroll down to find an item if you want more than one of something. The old version of the app allowed you to click on “Save to List” and increase the quantity right there. There is no way the team behind the app interface are using the app themselves or they would realize how time consuming and inconvenient the user experience is. My app is up to date so that is not a factor in what is happening.

Horrible app
This app is truly atrocious. It is so beyond horrible. It is not worth using.

Terrible coupon interface
No idea why people think this app is great at coupons, it is one of the worst user experiences for this function I have seen yet. No way to filter out coupons you have already clipped. Huge blocks that take up 1/3 of the screen. No way to directly add items to a shopping list…and don’t get me started on the pickup and delivery only coupons. I can only guess many of these reviews are paid for.

Can't log on
Most of this app's features have to do with your account (shopping lists, cart, coupons, etc.) and I haven't been able to log in for over three months. The login screen *never* loads all of the way. I've logged in/out of the App Store, deleted and redownloaded, tried to move the loading screen to my own browser... nothing.

Save to list button not working
Since the update the save to it button is not working, as well as when you are in your list the aisles no longer show or the items are all mixed up. Highly annoying these features were very convenient, now just a pain in the rear.

The update to the lists is for the birds!
All items were checked from the last shopping trip. When you Uncheck All items only unchecks one item! Very frustrating. Did anyone even test this app; like a customer that uses it?

Every Update Seems To Make It Worse
It seems that every time this app is updated, it screws something new up, especially with the list function. Such as not allowing things to be added to the shopping list. Or not being able to organize the list. The latest terrible update mixes up all the items on the list whenever you try to check something off. I like being able to use the app to organize my shopping list and make it easier to find items, but if this is going to continue, I’d be better off using a piece of paper.

Incredibly Frustrating
I have tried several ways to enter my unit number in addition to my address, only to view my delivery posted for the driver, without my unit number. I’m not sure why your system refuses to acknowledge and accept unit numbers, but it is an issue for me and your team. I’m tired of being contacted because no unit number is given and they don’t know where to go.

Mostly Good
The app is well thought out. I know there are limitations but you all have done a great job save one thing. Reviews on deliveries. Right now you have to log into the website to leave a proper review. The delivery drivers depend on these to keep their gigs and get raises. Make it easier!
