User interface is garbage
The user interface makes it impossible to hit things at the top of the screen. This means you can’t use coupons

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the newest update. The new search feature is terrible. I’ve been a long term user of the click list and I hate it now enough to switch to another store. You search an item and it brings only vaguely related items up, rarely what you are searching for even with very specific brand and item noted in the search bar.

App used to be great
The new updates have made this app impossible to like. You can’t use the save to list button without actually clicking into the item. Then when I go to stop the list the items are randomly listed not in order of aisle number. Go back to how it was five updates ago and it’ll deserve a five-star rating.

Doesn’t work after update
The new updates are terrible. Since the last one I can’t even log into my account. It just tells me to sign in and then when I hit sign in, it tells me access denied. You don’t have permission. So now the app is essentially useless.
Awful app
Never works right. Can’t add items from lists to the cart. Please go back to the version a couple years ago. So much better.
Last big app update has been terrible —love Kroger though just not this app!
I used to love the Kroger app It was very easy to find things and very user-friendly. It is no longer that way whatsoever In my opinion. I still haven’t been able to find half of the things that I used to be able to quickly access before- such as searching my purchase history by item name and viewing different account Features that now are extremely difficult to find and require navigating through several menus with tiny icons you can’t even see— it’s just not done well and was a big downgrade which is the shared consensus I’ve heard from most others as well. It makes me use it less I’ve noticed and that says a lot bc I used to spend too much time on it — booo Kroger big disappointment do better ! On the app- love the store !

Remove
Coupons redeemed through the app should be removed from the list, not just greyed out. Frustrating to have to scroll through the list to find the coupon you want
Kroger hides negative reviews.
They hide all the negative reviews of products in their app. When you try to look up reviews on something, it only shows the 5 star reviews. Everything else gets hidden with no way to read them.
Dysfunctional
I use the app for my grocery lists. Sometimes I order and pick up, but most of the time I shop in store. It is such a pain to not be able to make the list interchangeable if I choose to shop differently than the way my list is set up. There needs to be a way to make the list change over from in store to pick up and vice versa. I remember doing it a couple of times in the past but it was so hard to figure out how. Now it’s nearly impossible. I now have to check every item off twice, one for list and one for pick up….and recently the list icon stopped working and I have to open up each item and check it off both ways.

Bad app
I used the app for pickup because there was a 30 dollar an off 75 dollar order… I ordered 79 dollars of groceries when I got there one item was unavailable.. I was not allowed to exchange for an item of equal value nor was I allowed to cancel the order.. I was given a phone number and all they told me was the amount of my order was always 68 dollars even tho on the app, it was shown as 38 with a 30 dollar discount. No help at all

Frustrating
I can’t update my addresses or card information with items in my cart. It’s infuriating. I have started this over 7 times and it find it very inconvenient. It’d be easier to shop in the store than deal with this bs.
Not the best experience
The barcode scanning feature never recognizes any product and the prices are always incorrect even if you tell it the store your at 0 stars
I want to throw my phone after using the app
I don’t know what they are doing to update and improve the app because nothing ever changes. Things will show up as unavailable for delivery that are available. The app crashes. I’ve spent entirely too much time tonight just trying to check out and place my order and it’s exhausting. Just now I got a “we are having technical difficulties with this feature” message. I just want to CHECK OUT! 😡

If I could give this app zero stars I would. Your updates keep getting worse not better. When I shop from the list the items are not in aisle order so I’m backtracking to get things. And now I can’t save any new items to my list. I can’t wait until Publix opens near me so I can shop elsewhere.
Fix this app!
When are you going to fix the things you broke? Using list is now such a pain. You can’t add items on the fly. You have to back out of the list, go to the main menu, search for your item, then get back to your list. Your sort of the list does not work! Produce items are all over the damn place. I have to scroll the whole list to finish shopping in the produce section. Just fix the app. Keeps getting more and more frustrating.

Shopping List needs serious work
Please go back to the way the shopping list was! It was finally working well, but now the order keeps resorting into an order of items that makes zero sense, no matter how many times I try to reset it. Also the compressed list of items with a small pic, name & location was much better than the expanded view of each item on the list, which means you have to scroll endlessly back and forth to see items on your list. This app is so close to being awesome…help!

Disaster ai company
No wonder it’s stock goes down since years. i bought foul stuff there several times and they wont fix it or reimburse in cash. Problem giftcards. Kroger is many companies such as ralphs. Not 4.8/5! No way. This rating should be reset. Check the recent reviews only.

The app updates continues to make it difficult to add items to the “list”. Maybe I’m in the minority and one of the few that uses the list feature to shop from.
Worst Grocery App
This is the absolute worst grocery app. There’s always some sort of issue that requires you to call customer service. And it’s always the last step as I’m trying to check out. I’ve spent an hour shopping and can’t even complete my order. What is the point of using an app if I still have to talk to people? And customer service is no help anyway. I’ve called twice and they’ve never solved my problem. Aldi’s app never has issues. Guess I’ll stick with them.
