Great app just not a fan of the new list functionality
Love this app! I never have problems with anything, however Im not a fan of the new list functionality. I miss being able to add items to the list I choose and not the list I last used. I know "change list" is an option but it feels like an un-needed extra click.

So HEB has made my online experience pretty terrible. Here I am thinking okay, I'll try with my work phone. Nope. I loaded the app on my home wifi and now I'm unable to even load the app. Seriously who are you hiring in DevOps? You should really have a conversation. And don't send me the Contact Us link - I obviously can't load it

App sucks
I’m having an issue with my curbside orders. On multiple occasions, I’ve added items to my cart and confirmed they were there before checking out. However, after placing the order, those items disappear. When I pick up my order, the missing items aren’t included, and they also don’t appear on my receipt.
I know these items were in my cart before I completed checkout, and I have the means to pay for them, so this isn’t an issue of affordability. It’s frustrating because I specifically use curbside to save time.
I avoid shopping inside the Bandera & 1604 store because it’s so large, parking is difficult to find, and checking out usually takes a long time. With two little toddlers, curbside is much more manageable for my family. When items disappear from my order, I either have to go without them or make another trip into the store, which defeats the purpose of using curbside.
