Unable to set up prescription delivery
I am not able to place a prescription delivery through the app if I have a zero dollar copay. It will tell me "Something went wrong." Please fix this bug as I do not like calling every time just to set up the delivery and now there saying they can only manually set up deliveries until 1:00 pm instead of 2:00 pm

Extremely Problematic
This app constantly changes my store location and when I add some items into cart and it changes the location, when I switch the location back, it removes those items from my cart because it’s now in a new location. This app will also give your product suggestions, like dried blueberries, and after adding to cart, will later tell me that the item isn’t t sold at this store. It was the apps suggestion so why suggest??? I can’t get the pharmacy app to work. I love HEB but the apps border on useless.

Great app just not a fan of the new list functionality
Love this app! I never have problems with anything, however Im not a fan of the new list functionality. I miss being able to add items to the list I choose and not the list I last used. I know "change list" is an option but it feels like an un-needed extra click.

So HEB has made my online experience pretty terrible. Here I am thinking okay, I'll try with my work phone. Nope. I loaded the app on my home wifi and now I'm unable to even load the app. Seriously who are you hiring in DevOps? You should really have a conversation. And don't send me the Contact Us link - I obviously can't load it

App sucks
I’m having an issue with my curbside orders. On multiple occasions, I’ve added items to my cart and confirmed they were there before checking out. However, after placing the order, those items disappear. When I pick up my order, the missing items aren’t included, and they also don’t appear on my receipt.
I know these items were in my cart before I completed checkout, and I have the means to pay for them, so this isn’t an issue of affordability. It’s frustrating because I specifically use curbside to save time.
I avoid shopping inside the Bandera & 1604 store because it’s so large, parking is difficult to find, and checking out usually takes a long time. With two little toddlers, curbside is much more manageable for my family. When items disappear from my order, I either have to go without them or make another trip into the store, which defeats the purpose of using curbside.

If you like disappearing act, you’ll love this app
For the most part, this app works great. But I can’t tell you how many times I’ve added something to the cart, double and triple checked to make sure it was still in my cart, and then hit submit. Only to later discover that the items that I added are no longer on my list. Not sold out or substituted just don’t exist on my app.. As if I never added them at all. It’s infuriating! Especially when you don’t notice it until you have driven all the way back home.

Honestly this app is just great. Coming from a web developer who builds apps and websites for a living, the app has everything you would ever think of, if you can think of it, it’s probably a feature there somewhere. Super quick and responsive as well. The web version also syncs up pretty well with the app as well.

I see that I can make a list, can you make a button somewhere on the app that automatically lets me add the entire list to my cart for pickup?

Stop making me sign in
Really annoying that I have to sign in every time I open the app. Even though I have face id and a passcode, I have to go though a web view login and grant permission to HEB to access my information for HEB? Makes no sense.
Prior Purchases
I don’t like that the prior purchases I have made are not located within my personal account. I don’t share an account with anyone else. And no option to have items purchased from previous years.365

Are my favorite things about the app; the buy again filter is super handy but for me, the ultimate best is the avocado option. As soon as you select one, you will be prompted if you want the avocado ready to eat now (1-2 days), no preference or ready to eat later (3-4 days).

Ugh..just getting worse to do curbside
Who decided it was a good idea to add items to a list. Then make the customer go that list. Then add to cart. Why would anyone want to go through 2 steps to get their damn groceries?!!! It is BEYOND ANNOYING to say the extreme least!! Take this “feature” OFF!!! It’s a horrible idea!!
