This card was impossible to activate, near impossible to actually use, and that includes help from two people on the phone for over an hour, and the help of the assistant manager in the Dalton store!!!
When this transaction is finished, I intend to pay it off destroy the card and close my Account!!!
I have 25 cards at least with different merchants and different bank, I have seen nothing like this in 40+ years of doing business

EDIT- make a mistake, it’s not just the app. It’s the people in your service department, the people it’s the people in the store, it’s inexperienced across-the-board and it’s intolerable!
