I was a little disappointed that I was already at the store and when I went to make my purchase, they said that it was an online shopping only.why did they not offer me to purchase online so I can pick it up right away?

Couldn’t use Apple Pay with Nike, PayPal charged me but my order didn’t go through. Need better tech on app
Unnecessarily requiring mobile #s
There is no reason whatsoever for Academy or any other store or restaurant to need customer phone #s when making accounts. When you’re already given email addresses and most have the app installed, it’s 100% evident companies just want this info they can sell it to marketing companies. Nope. Not here. Deleted the app and will make my purchases elsewhere. And what about the non-technology folks that don’t have mobile #s? They can’t even create accounts?
Hopefully there will be some major lawsuits forthcoming to put a stop to this unnecessary requirement. It’s an invasion of privacy and a setup for increased mass sales calls and texts for customers. Selling email addresses was bad enough, but now you’re even more greedy and want mobile #s too.

Loading is way too slow
App needs improvements
Te App is super slow, and then when search for a product and you review it and go back it send you to the top of the search again and it’s so annoying.
