My Sportings Goods #1 Store
I have shopped at Dick’s Sporting Goods for several years now. The quality of the products they provide is of excellent quality. I made an in store purchase recently at the Summerlin, Nevada location. I purchased the floor model of exercise equipment and after getting it home I realized there were several parts missing. I contacted the store and was put in touch with the manager “Patrick”. Patrick we above and beyond to remedy my situation with no issues. He stayed in contact with me, was professional courteous and sensitive of my needs. I really feel like a valued customer and Dick’s Sporting Goods has and invaluable employee Manager at the Charleston Store in Summerlin, Nevada loaction

My only local destination for Cards for my store ... not many local shops left! Place is well stocked but they need full time reps who man that area 100% who know cards instead of a crew that just ring you up! It's getting better... I would love to one of live shows there... I'm an US Navy Disabled Veteran who lacks that cool store vibe in his home.

Taxed in no tax state
I shouldn’t be taxed in my state when I order something from Dick‘s because they failed to have it in state. I don’t get charged tax on shoes, Unless you order them online…
