customer support experience- thought i was ordering through the app, but was not and customer support wouldn’t honor and adjust $20 off $100 purchase.
The new upgraded app sucks!!!
So now that DICKS upgraded the app I can no longer use it! If you do t have IOS 18 you can’t use the app. I tried to shop using my downloaded app and it forces you to upgrade the app or you can’t use it. Which I tried to do and I can’t because my iPhone 16 will only update to IOS 17. This is stupid and hopefully DICKS fixed that. I always use the app to purchase.

Easy to navigate and easy to filter. Lots of options to narrow down what I’m looking for so I don’t waste my time. I appreciate the variety of items and the variety of styles and sizes and ways to get the items. My favorite thing, though, is the ability to use coupons, promotions, get free shipping, and search clearance. That will keep me coming back every single time! I love the rewards piling up. Keep ‘em coming!

Don’t understand why I can’t return a dozen golf balls I bought in Feb for store credit! It’s frozen in Wisconsin until April. At least store credit. Boo

It’s much more comfortable to buy shoes online than it is to buy them in the store at the Palisades Center.
I don’t have to sweat in the store because the Ventilation System is nonexistent and I don’t have to wait for a Salesperson or wait on line to pay for the merchandise.
