Won’t allow me to input my apt # so now I can’t order online I have to pick up at store. This sucks
Cannot get the app to work
I have deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times. I cannot get past the location prompt. I type in a city or zip code, and get an error message. After a while, the app won’t even open. I don’t have problems with any other apps, this one has me stumped.

This card was impossible to activate, near impossible to actually use, and that includes help from two people on the phone for over an hour, and the help of the assistant manager in the Dalton store!!!
When this transaction is finished, I intend to pay it off destroy the card and close my Account!!!
I have 25 cards at least with different merchants and different bank, I have seen nothing like this in 40+ years of doing business

EDIT- make a mistake, it’s not just the app. It’s the people in your service department, the people it’s the people in the store, it’s inexperienced across-the-board and it’s intolerable!

This app browser is the slowest thing and doesn’t always go back to the original spot so you have to start over ! Very frustrating!
App is SLOW
I don’t know if it’s just my app but it’s so slow and lags. It takes a long time for a page to load. I also don’t like that once you view what’s in the cart, there is no “back” button. If you select HOME or SHOP then it takes you all the way back and clears out your filters. I don’t feel this app is very user friendly. But I do find better deals in the app than in the store.
