App Reliability
I have had to delete the app and download it again because the app was not working. Also Face detection does not work half the time and I have to type my password etc all over again and face detection was already set up. Please remove the feature that makes me sign in again. It’s annoying.
Really needs to be fixed
This app makes me feel so frustrated. I’ve been keeping track and about 70% of the time when I go to check my balance the app is having some sort of issue and I cannot log in.
Bad
Consider a different bank/app. Constantly having issues with login, verification, customer service. App will log you out and constantly reset. Numerous issue with the app and Alecu website login requiring you to call but put on hold for 30-60 mins. Very rude. Will be closing my accounts.

WHY BREAK SOMETHING THAT ISNT BROKEN!!!! ALEC keeps updating everything they do and ruining peoples accounts!!! And their customer service is HORRIFIC!!! Absolutely horrible.
Card on/Off feature
Otherwise great app but with newest update, i can no longer turn on or off my card through the website or app, it says i have no cards to manage and every time i try to add my card it says i can already manage it through the app

I check my accounts daily sometimes once or more times per day. The system consistently to works well each time I use it.

With iOS 15 and 16, the app crashes every time just after logging in.
