CAFCU is the BEST!!!
Since getting my car loan they CAFCU there’s been no looking back. I do all my banking with CAFCU now. I have since closed all my accounts at WF after 25 years. Should have done it a long time ago!

Great credit union and employees
Employees help with anything you need, ghamin sat down with me and help me look over my account and understand it. Violet will help you fill out withdrawal slips or any of the other type of slips. As soon as you walk into the door they ask how your doing and if you need anything. Over all a great credit union!

Landscape option
It would be great if the app had the ability to orient to landscape. When I’m on my iPad and it’s attached to the keyboard horizontally, the app doesn’t flip the orientation to a landscape presentation, which means I either have to disconnect it from the base or try to read and do things sideways.

They need better service!
The new upgrade deleted my credentials and now my login info is invalid! I keep calling the company but no one ever answers, I keep leaving voicemails and emails and all they keep saying is to call but when I do no one answers!! I am now 3-4 months behind on payments!
Horrible
The app is absolutely horrible. The contact us button doesn't work. I can't cancel a transfer on the app or desktop. I keep getting notifications to sign up for e-statemens...but I have been signed up for years on e statements. Nobody has contacted me back about my dispute so there are just multiple transfers for hundreds/thousands of dollars that I didn't do that I HAVE YET TO DISCUSS!!!!!!!!

Touch ID?
At least highlight on your new login page whatever you are now doing with Touch ID. I have forgiven CAFCU for years for making passwords requirements so tough that they have to be written down. It is -by far- less secure and such a nuisance to rely on a password to complex to remember. touchID solves the problem. Hated being in a rush today to make an emergency transfer and see that I could not use Touch ID. And not have my password nearby. Passwords need to be something we can remember.
