Out of the 4 times that I have used/ tried to use the app only once did it work as it should. The failures were multiple failures to actually open the app, when called to report an injury road traffic accident although the operator promised that an ambulance and police would attend neither ever appeared and patient was taken to hospital by a private car. Only when the recovery team arrived to remove the vehicle did the police arrive 3,hours after the incident. Another time when call to a robbery at our house with the intruder still on scene we were told to report it to the police station the following day and then cut off! Not impressed.

I used to love this app and recommended it to all my friends but last night when I needed it it just kept crashing and wouldn’t start, please fix whatever is wrong with it

La aplicación funciona fatal, te rastrea todo el rato la ubicación y tiene una interfaz obsoleta.

Fails more than works
I have needed to use this app three times, first time it worked perfectly and had a response to my call within minutes and an officer at my door. Second time I needed it was for a traffic accident in which my wife was injured, although my call was answered quickly and I was promised a police and ambulance response after an hour nothing happened and my wife was taken to hospital by a car and eventually the police arrived after the Conservation team called them. Tonight we have had a prowler on our premises and a theft from a vehicle and now nearly two hours later no response or answer to our call for assistance. Since the failure to respond to the call about the prowler he has broken into other premises in the area, seemingly without any worries about the Guardia being around!
