Why does American Pilgrims on the Camino even recommend this app when it does not even work? Why is it even still on the App Store?
Struggling to get validation code on a uk phone
This app sounds like a great idea if it works. I want to use it for an upcoming Spanish holiday. Unfortunately can’t get into it to see how it will help. How do I get support. I’ve sent out a message requesting help but no response yet. Feeling disappointed.
Does not open after update

Out of the 4 times that I have used/ tried to use the app only once did it work as it should. The failures were multiple failures to actually open the app, when called to report an injury road traffic accident although the operator promised that an ambulance and police would attend neither ever appeared and patient was taken to hospital by a private car. Only when the recovery team arrived to remove the vehicle did the police arrive 3,hours after the incident. Another time when call to a robbery at our house with the intruder still on scene we were told to report it to the police station the following day and then cut off! Not impressed.

I used to love this app and recommended it to all my friends but last night when I needed it it just kept crashing and wouldn’t start, please fix whatever is wrong with it
