Out of the 4 times that I have used/ tried to use the app only once did it work as it should. The failures were multiple failures to actually open the app, when called to report an injury road traffic accident although the operator promised that an ambulance and police would attend neither ever appeared and patient was taken to hospital by a private car. Only when the recovery team arrived to remove the vehicle did the police arrive 3,hours after the incident. Another time when call to a robbery at our house with the intruder still on scene we were told to report it to the police station the following day and then cut off! Not impressed.

I used to love this app and recommended it to all my friends but last night when I needed it it just kept crashing and wouldn’t start, please fix whatever is wrong with it

La aplicación funciona fatal, te rastrea todo el rato la ubicación y tiene una interfaz obsoleta.

Fails more than works
I have needed to use this app three times, first time it worked perfectly and had a response to my call within minutes and an officer at my door. Second time I needed it was for a traffic accident in which my wife was injured, although my call was answered quickly and I was promised a police and ambulance response after an hour nothing happened and my wife was taken to hospital by a car and eventually the police arrived after the Conservation team called them. Tonight we have had a prowler on our premises and a theft from a vehicle and now nearly two hours later no response or answer to our call for assistance. Since the failure to respond to the call about the prowler he has broken into other premises in the area, seemingly without any worries about the Guardia being around!

Unable to register
A UK phone number has 10 digits after the +44. If you provide the 10 digits, when the confirmation screen appears the number shown is blank. Supply only 9 digits (an invalid number) then this shows in the confirmation screen. If you try to proceed with 10 digits and a blank number in the confirmation screen then no text arrives. Looks like the confirmation screen and ensuing text process cannot handle a 10 digit number.

I am a female walking the Camino alone and really wanted this app for extra security. It doesn't work at all. Tried on two different phones..on one it crashes on opening and the other I can't get past the first sign up page. Developers are failing here.
App hängt sich auf
Leider bleibt die App nach dem Testalarm hängen und selbst nach den Schließen der App kommt man nur wieder zu der Grafik. Nicht zurück, nicht weiter. Sehr ärgerlich im Falle eines Notfalls.

Gut gedacht, schlecht gemacht
Wenn ich im Wohnmobil bin und WLAN habe, dann ist es eine tolle App. Im mobilen Netz funktioniert es leider nicht. Also nicht zu gebrauchen ohne ausreichend langes WLAN-Kabel für Spaziergänge. 😉
Keine Internetverbindung
Die App ist gut gemeint aber leider funktioniert sie nicht, obwohl die Internetverbindung meines iPhones sehr gut anzeigt.

Siempre recibo el mensaje "Necesito una conexión a Internet". Mi conexión a Internet funciona perfectamente. En todas partes, excepto con la aplicación Alertcops 5.0
Issue setting up guardians
I am trying to set up guardians and the app repeatedly gives a technical issue message. I have tried many times over many weeks. Is this because I am not actually in Spain yet and am doing my setup in New Zealand?

Теперь пришла смс. Но на +34. На +7 и остальные не могу проверить 😂 решила исправить и поставить 5 звезд. А то грустно смотреть на 1 звезду было, учитывая, что этот отзыв «твой» 🤪

No validation to US numbers
I’d like to give this app a tryout (and use it on the Camino Frances) but can’t move past the “validation code” part of the install process. Multiple tries have not yielded a validation code text to my US cellular phone.
