Useless login screen
The app login forces the numerical keyboard with no option to switch to text, assuming no one changes their four-digit library account PIN to a longer, more secure alphanumeric password.
This is absolute amateur hour app development, making it impossible for me to log in to my library account.

Server access issues seem to have resolved
I use this app primarily to scan barcode when checking books out. Was surprised at the bad ratings and read them to see what I was missing. I was able to search and find books in the catalog and place a hold, so I think it’s working pretty well (for now at least).
Unable to connect to server
For the last few weeks, I just get an “unable to connect to server” error message when I try to launch this app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and still get the same error. I was excited to see this library had an app, but it’s disappointing that it doesn’t work.
Utterly Useless
I haven’t been able to search for anything with this app because there’s always an error accessing the catalog. It’s rendered useless.
Not easy to find catalogue items
The library’s catalog is probably its most important resource. It took me about 20 minutes to find the catalog search. Yea, pictures and events are nicely laid out, but put a ‘search catalog’ button on the home page for those of us who look for books, DVDs, etc.
