Worst Service Ever

Highly unprofessional app! They deducted my salary advance repayment on June 3rd, but my approved AED 875 limit has been blocked for over 15 days due to their internal system glitch ("Repayment is pending" error with Abhi Fintech). Their customer support completely ignores emails and repeatedly lies by asking for "another 24 hours" every single day. Absolute waste of time and terrible experience. Avoid this app if you want peace of mind!

Worst for online transactions

Please never use this application for online payments.

Both my friend and I recharged our NOL cards through this app after being informed that the balance would be activated within 45 minutes. However, even after two days, the amount was still not reflected when using RTA buses. As a result, both of us received fines of AED 200.

If the balance cannot be activated within the stated timeframe, why mislead loyal customers with inaccurate information? Experiences like this seriously damage the credibility and trustworthiness of the service.

After this incident, I am very hesitant to use this application for any future transactions.

EID MISMATCHED!!!!!

It’s my first time using this al fardan exchange!!!! Why every time i scan my EID and my face it says mismatched!!!! I input all correct!!!! Not convenient application!!! Very worst!!!!!
