Bad response to customers problem
In the matter of fact, there’s no other platform offering good educational shows for Muslim children. But, so many problems with Ali Huda app.
1. It’s not easy to resolve issues in the app, no quick fix such as signing in problems, can’t change password even from the website, subscribing keeps ending up in failure
2. the most recent thing is my email is not recognised even though they keep charging for subscription through the same email.
3. Trying to reach out to fix problem, but no one responds, and why does it have to be through Facebook messenger? I have to install another app just to talk about my problem
I just can’t believe how bad they manage customer related issues. Please fix it.

Great app to learn my daughter likes it but I cannot play the episodes on chrome cast please make it useable on chrome cast.
It’s weird to get charged every month but received no service at all.
I have monthly subscription charge that I pay through iTunes but can’t access any service. It’s unfair and unsustainable. I have tried to contact owners to find out how I can get the service that I paid for but was unable to receive any answer what so ever. Now I am prepared to contact Apple to get my all payment returned since I got no service at all.

Paid but can’t access content
Please help you have no support options at all. We like your content, we paid but can’t access it. Every time I login it says please subscribe, when I try to subscribe it tells us you are already subscribed and gives an error. There is no email or phone number for support. Your web site is preventing us from submitting a support ticket. Please help

Excellent app when one can use
I’ve had this app for a while. MashAllah it was great when I was using it. However it didn’t auto renew. So I can’t access any content. I have tried every which way I can find to contact you to find out how to restart my subscription. When I try to send a request it won’t send. The option to sign in isn’t happening and I can’t reset my password. I even tried to contact you though here. In Sha Allah you guys will see this and perhaps contact me so I can restart my subscription. The content is really good. It means I can get my girls to watch something beneficial rather that YouTube. I don’t have to worry about anything inappropriate coming up. And whatever they click on they can watch. I really want to support Muslim media outlets. They are so important now for children. JazakAllah Khairan for your efforts.

I don’t have a account and idk how to create one either. The app forces me to login but I don’t have a account plus I can’t even view anything on the app without a account which is weird. I used this app before but deleted it. It’s just a strange thing to see why the developers made such an obvious mistake : / !

Doesn’t work!
I just received an email asking me to renew my subscription. I had a year’s subscription but I totally forgot bc it never worked on my phone. We’ve watched it a couple of times on my father’s laptop while over his house but not much. It seems like an excellent app but I need it to work on my phone. Had I known it wouldn’t work I wouldn’t have got it.

I really don’t mind paying the price but the app needs tlc from developers.my toddler is using iPad Pro 2016, and it’s very buggy and not enough content in English,Arabic if I was a rich man I would keep my subscription so developers can tweek and make as good as mainstream. Insha’Allah in the future if I have enough money I would support this app as the Muslim children really need alternatives to the likes of Disney etc which is full of magic, witches and general satanic crap it’s always subliminal and it affects us as humans. Good luck to you and don’t listen to the people complaining about paying money as I am sure they don’t think twice when buying crap like fast food for kids.

Depressed by knowing we want to pay for this app... now I came to know that parents are choosing YouTubekids n other babies education apps like ABC KIDS APP n many more in Hindi also those apps r for free of cost n babies are learning English Hindi n other languages for free thn y can’t thy get to learn our Islamic knowledge for free..., I am deleting this app for 2nd time coz I don’t have an atm card to create my Apple ID n I couldn’t use this app

Hi. I’ve tried many times to sign in to the App on my phone after I subscribed but didn’t work and said this email didn’t registered:(. And they charged my card today before my 30 days subscription done, only 7 days now when I registered and I didn’t received any email from the team welcome me to the App but the money they can took it from my card subhanaAllah :(. I hope this issue solved a SAPS or refund me please. JAK

Ich habe mich für die 30 Tage kostenlos testen registriert. Die App sagt jetzt aber, er erkenne meine E-Mail Adresse nicht. Und ich hätte mich nie registriert. In meinen Abos steht jetzt aber, dass ich monatlich schön für etwas zahlen soll, was ich nicht nutzen kann. Schande, Haram!
Subscription issues
I’m sure this is a great app but though I’ve tried many times I can’t get it to work on my phone after I subscribed to it. Another issue is that although the free trial period is advertised as 30 days, when I looked at the details of my subscription, it only lasts 5 days before my credit card starts to get charged. A third issue is that the monthly subscription is advertised as $7.99 but is actually $9.99. I believe these issues are the fault of the Apple Store and not the developers, however. How can I get this to work on my phone?
