Great!
I love this game! It’s super fun and the graphics are beautiful. While there is a lot of back and forth it is still enjoyable. And sometimes your lost and don’t know what to do next. Overall it is a good game and isn’t too challenging for beginners to complete. The ending is a little abrupt but it is still a very good game. Definitely recommend!

Challenging but fun
I got this game and it is so challenging yet fun. They are very creative with everything. I’ve completed it and hope there’s more like it.
Played with disappointing result
If you get things slightly out of order you end up in a locked room with no way to get the object you need to get out. Map disappears, Notes disappear, Hints disappear.
This is not a challenge but a complete obstacle. It seems that the only way around it is to restart the game. And why would you fo that if you can’t trust it not to happen again elsewhere.

Item menu freezes
Every time I add a new item to the menu the menu locks up. I have to restart the programme every time to get it working again. Now the menu is very full and I can’t scroll to get different items
Terrible English
This game was not created by people fluent in English, or was translated badly. Any sense of immersion or of involvement is broken instantly as a result.
Avoid.

Stuck at fountain
I have started the game from beginning twice and each time I can’t get past the right hand puzzle to get the water to flow at fountain. I get the puzzle right but it won’t register as completed. I have also closed game turned phone off and in and it happens each time I try the puzzle.
Interested, but the English is problematic
I’m struggling to get through this game because the grammatical errors are irritating. If I make it through, in spite of the poor English, I will update my review.
It’s not bad..
When I originally downloaded this game I quickly came to realize how beautifully it was made, as the colors stood out and the music is a bit mysterious which feeds into the vibe. Though, as I ventured slowly into the game I found myself using the ‘hints’ much more frequently than I would’ve enjoyed. It’s a fun game to play on a weekend but not as a fun, mystery game I was hoping for. Overall, I think there were a few lose ends and a very abrupt ending but it was entertaining nonetheless.

Escape From *CRISMON* Manor?” 😯Developer? WHAT…was distracting you? Too late, I already have that, per a different spelling. Just remember to get the next one right,so we won’t lose you!! 😘
more enjoyable
Not great enough for 5 stars but definitely good enough for 4.5. Liked this game a bit better than Alice Trapped in Wonderland. Really appreciated the fast travel feature--it was something severely lacking in their other games, especially with all the back-and-forthing you must do. I would have preferred less of the back and forth. Liked the twist of being able to change seasons later in the game. The biggest problem I had was with the games ending--it seemed overly abrupt and I'd have liked a cut scene or a couple of graphics showing the reunion of Alice and friends. And there are still too many weird language problems, some of which aren't that big a deal but some that are much worse. With all of the games from this dev, they should have found a good translator by this time.

Excellent point, click, puzzle app
As others have suggested, I would rate this a 5 star, but I try not to use that except for the MOST brilliant events.
I am not a heavy user of these sorts of games, but I do enjoy them.
The first few levels are ‘simple’ enough to allow one to enter the game and begin exploring and deducing. Some puzzles are ‘easy’, others are down right confounding. Without a secondary site offering the answers, I might well have walked away.
So, challenging enough for a beginner to start, challenging enough for an expert to enjoy.
The Quick Travel option is greatly appreciated and useful.
Also nice is that when a puzzle is solved the ‘box’ opens, you do NOT have to step back and then come back forward and confirm the puzzle is solved and the ‘box’ has opened.
The feature that disturbs me is the proximity of the tool bag to the ‘back arrow’ and the need to always close the tool bag before being able to change scenes - although, the tool bag must be open to access the map which allows one quickly change scenes.
Great App, lots of fun. Thank you

it’s a good game. But didn’t consider all mobile
I uses iphone 7 plus. There is a task to dig 4 fragments of sun shard. If you wanna use shovel, you have to open tool bar. And Your tool bar blocks the place to dig in entrance of cave, and the front of the mill. I cannot continue.
Nice but needs more immersion!
The graphics are beautiful, story as well, but it needs improvements. Every action you make is reset upon exiting the particular view / room.
For example, I open doors, exit room, enter again and their are closed again.
Another example is fiddling with the books in second room. They are randomly shuffled every time I attempt to organize them and they do not remain “tapped” after exiting.
Please make it that every action you make stays to make it more immersive. Then it’s 5 star!

The typos…
The grammar…
Awful! Couldn’t play the game as the text was so poor.
The graphics were quite nice though.

Ok
Pretty scenes. Game not intuitive. No logic in the blocks in the prison cell corresponding to the clocks in the train station. Hints not helpful. Ok I have the gear where now? Or I have the map where do I dig?
Disappearing item
(Spoiler) I clicked on the ladle at the campsite several times but it wouldn’t move to my list. Once it finally did, it disappeared and I cannot figure out how to get it back.
Circular hints
The hints are ordered by map not be sequence so it’s like reading a legal document and not possible to navigate- one hint says invert the seasons but no hint tells you how to do this so you are on your own - good luck, and can someone give me my money back cos I found it ridiculously circuitously impossible grrr

Love it!
I love this game and all the games by these developers. Obviously a lot of time and effort went into creating them. Especially like how they don’t need fancy animations or graphics to tell a story - they don’t even need you to meet other characters along the way. You’re really the only person in the world, there’s no interaction with others - this really supports the eerie feel of the story, which is all about trying to find out where your friends have gone.
I only didn’t give this game a 5 star rating, because I feel there are three *minor* improvements the developers could make:
1. As another reviewer said, the hints system could be made clearer. Some of the hints just read “solve the puzzle, then...” - but if the puzzle is the thing you’re stuck on, you really need a picture of what the solved version looks like! I’ve played a few puzzle games before where the “hints” system gives the player a choice of a cryptic “clue”, OR you can opt for the complete solution if you’re really stuck. This is helpful because you can choose if you just want a nudge in the right direction, or if you really need the answer spelled out - maybe something like this could be added for future games?
2. The music is quite repetitive and is the same music through the game. There’s so much Creative Commons, free music out there that the developers could have used, that I’m kind of confused as to why they didn’t. It would be nice to have different background music for different areas, and perhaps different times in the game. Listening to the same, mournful tune which seems to loop over about 30 seconds is quite wearying and actually detracts from the gameplay experience - which is a miss on the part of the developers, because music should enhance the environment.
3. Some of the wording and grammar is a bit odd. I’m playing the game in English, and I’m wondering if the developers wrote it in another language and translated? There’s only one instance where the meaning of something isn’t actually clear (something is referred to as “pristine”, and you need to know *which* something is being referred to in order to solve a puzzle - but the word “pristine” in the context makes no sense). I feel like a read-through and edit from a native speaker who is *highly proficient* in each language the game is presented in, could help clear up some of the clunky wording.
Other than these two though, I’m really impressed with the puzzles, the eerie atmosphere - and how they did so much story with what is really quite simple graphics! Definitely recommend :) (just maybe mute the music and listen to your own in the background, and use google for a walkthrough if you get stuck on the hints).
Thanks!

Please fix the glitches!
Have ALL your games, and I love them. However, this game has glitches that must get resolved!
How to open the Bars Lock of the train doors: Needs to be redone! I spend FOREVER hoping and praying the thing will 'magically' open! With no rhyme or reason towards a solution, we're left with hoping for a miracle, Please fix this! It really takes away from the adventure and enjoyment of the game!
Getting the Gold and Bronze bars from the ingot puzzle: the puzzle pieces have very jerky and uneven movement and sometimes freeze and lock up. The engineer must resolve this so the puzzle does Not freeze up when trying to get the Gold and Bronze bars.
Getting the Spring Stone: the clues don't make sense! I tried repeatedly to find solution by the clues in the puzzle and the clues in the 'clues' section. The clues given are unintelligible! Had to watch YouTube walkthrough video for the solution. Unacceptable! Please rework this to make it solvable.
Under Notes in the help book, the clock that supposed to read 9:55, the graphic of the clock actually says 7:55 !
This is the first of your games with these type of issues. Better quality control needed?
Thanks for your work and the games you provide us! Have a great day.
