Crashes and rigging hurts it
I used to be able to idly play the game while working or doing other stuff. An idle game. These days, you walk away for a few minutes and it has either frozen entirely or crashed.
On top of that, some of the weekly events are quite obviously rigged to force payment to get anything of value. Values needed to get to top spots change inconsistently going up and down as well, making me believe that it is a calculated value rather than true competition. Really takes the fun out of the game when you realize that.
Still gave it three stars because the game is fun to play, but wish the developer made it more as a game than a cash grab.

"Game has been completely frozen on the gem collecting screen on version 4.47.02 for over two weeks. I have tried using the official support website multiple times but your contact form is broken and never sends a confirmation email or ticket number. Please contact me to fix my save file."

progress completely stops after a few hours and you have to grind for what i’m assuming is about 40 hours to advance
Sucks hardcore
Used to be fun but if you level up too much too fast, then game bogs down and freezes up gameplay to where it’s miserable instead of fun. You all need to address this issue please.

I watched the countdown end on a UFO catching side mission while I held first place in the rankings and was received the second place payout.
Game broken the second I start
Whenever I downloaded the game and first loaded in it took only 10 seconds for the entirety to glitch out and then no matter what I do it’s stuck just floating

Would be great if ads/promos weren’t taking up 30% of the screen.
Good, could be great
This game is unique and very fun to play but has 2 big visual problems that keep it from being great. First is the screen is very cluttered with icons and info. It makes it difficult to see everything around the map. Could be cleaned up. Second is the camera view that zooms in and out when you move and stop. When moving around doing anything it’s constantly in and out to the point I get nauseous so I can’t play very long at times. A fixed view would easily solve this. If these issues were solved this would be a game I would spend money on.

You’ve ruined the game with stops to the gameplay requiring ads.

Lag spikes
The game always freezes for half a second when capturing an enemy and they hit which allows them to get out of your range, causing you to lose all progress towards capturing them

I wanted to play the game but could not get far with all the ads. Every single time you want to upgrade anything, you have to watch a 3-5 minute ad. You watching ads more than playing the game. I probably played 3 minute of the game and watched 20 mins of ads

Would be fun, but totally ruined by excessive, back to back, infuriating ads. You think you can start a game and play just because you press the icon? Nope! Close ad, close ad, close ad, close ad. It’s an ad-closing game, yay! One star.

Today I tried to play only to find at least 60% of the screen covered by icons, menus, collectible counts, etc.
It’s as if the developers don’t know how to code submenus, so they just put everything on the main screen.
You can’t see anything, because they covered ell but a small square immediately around the “alien”.
It’s finally time to delete and find something good to play.

Very fun game would recommend
I really appreciate the developers didn’t kill the game with ads. You get to play the game without ads being forced on you. Very much appreciated, and the game is a lot of fun
Transfer Progress
I played this really good in the beginning. I wanted to spend money, but I found out that I can’t play it on my iPad when I’m at home because I started everything on my iPhone. The best update would be the one that we can transfer progress by picking up a different device and login to start where we left off.
