Nothing works
App is horrible. Customer service is non-existent. Check Better Business Bureau. AlignerCo has turned into a scam. Going on 6-weeks and still can’t access my “smile projection” to approve. Go with the more reputable aligner companies.

Aligners
I liked how they had a video call to walk me through doing the aligners as home. Friendly and helpful.
App ok…
I’ve been a customer for a while and the process has been great but the app is lackluster and I’m not really sure the point of it once you receive your aligners… it’s stuck on “your smile projection is ready” and wants me to approve it but a. I can’t view the projection because it says it wasn’t uploaded yet and b. I ended up approving it via email because the app was not working. I also can’t access the “treatment progress” tab because it’s blanked out. I guess I thought the app would be more engaging, like with reminders of when to go to the next aligner, prompts to upload photos of your teeth every couple of weeks to track the changes, etc. needs improvement.
Edit: as it turns out, they have two separate apps and although I downloaded this one as recommended in the impression kit documentation, the other one called “aligner track” seems to get past the part I was stuck at… so maybe try that one if you’re having the same issues as me.

Did NOT fix my teeth
I wore these retainers ever night for more hours than recommended (100 hour per aligner). Moving on to the next aligner was always extremely painful, even after wearing one set for MORE than recommended. I finally got to the very end and my teeth ARE NOT straight, my teeth DO NOT match the end projection that they promised. So much time and pain and money, wasted. Don’t waste yours. Hopefully, I can get some sort of refund, will add to this review if they help me out at all but I don’t have high hopes.

Great aligners at a affordable cost!
Very slow
App is extremely slow, takes 5+ mins to upload a photo, very laggy and freezes. Needs a lot of work.
Waiting for months and this app is just delaying everything.
Waiting months to get this over with and when they finally tell me the smile protection is ready and I have to approve it before they can go ahead, the dumb app won’t let me see the projection nor approve it so I have to wait yet another day or two for these ppl to respond to me. Hilarious and ridiculous tbh.

Dinosaur app
This app looks like it was a school project from someone learning to code. Everyone has been nice through the process but it’s been extremely frustrating to work with the app and emails (not synced at all). I got what I paid for it’s fine but this app needs WORK. I mean, use a png instead of jpg for photos with words, like that’s very basic. Let me type into each section not in a keyboard on top of it.

The app is easy to use and helpful to get into contact quickly along with see where you are in progress towards a smile.
Simply doesn't work
After waiting for months, they finally told my I received my "Smile projection" well, the app is broken and I cant click on it. Hilarous.

SCAM
This is my 2nd review and I’m gonna change it to 1 star because my daughter’s replacement aligners hasn’t been ship until now which they ask me to pay another $250! This is the 2nd time they have to get my daughter’s teeth impressions because in the middle of her treatment progress, some of her aligners didn’t fit on her teeth, so they have to replace it. They know for sure that a person’s teeth are not static and can shift position over time. The aligner is designed to fit the precise arrangement of teeth at the moment the impression was made, so any movement afterward will cause the aligner to fit incorrectly! You literally are a scam! You’re fooling people and scamming people of our money!

Honest review
So far pleased with the company. I just did a video call with Aaron to complete my impressions to get my aligners. He was super supportive and knowledgeable. Went over my account with em and made sure I had everything I needed and ordered during our call.
Think twice
Horrible app. Extremely slow response from customer service. Signed up w them 3 months ago, all money collected and still no treatment started yet. About to request for a refund.

I paid up front and did not receive a cheek retractor that fit so I was unable to take the pictures of my teeth, First step! We still had an appointment and made some impressions. Evidently, the guide did not like them and said he would send more putty and he did but I had to go buy the game speak up to get a smaller cheek retractor to take the pictures of my teeth. Now, they did not keep our appointment for today and my sign in information seems to be “incorrect”….sound familiar to anyone?
