App won’t let me see my Dashboard, wants me to subscribe
I started working with an Alignsmart practitioner back in August. While I thought there were some issues with this app back then, they were nothing compared to what I’ve experienced the past few weeks: losing my most recent routine and losing my progress over time, which is discouraging. Today I opened the app and it’s not taking me to my dashboard; it’s trying to get me to pay for a subscription. I’m paying my practitioner plenty of money already and I should have access to all my routines. What is going on!!

Love this proactive approach to my health.
