Why are you requesting my location
Only giving 1 star because the app requires access to my location in order to use the app. Other bank applications do not ask for that. You're supposed to value your customers’ privacy. Do better

Complete invasion of privacy
The app is better than any other competitor, but it looks lime they peaked and now they’re actively trying to make it worse. First, disabling access to whomever using a VPN which is a SECURITY measure. Now, they’re completely preventing us from using the app if we don’t share location. I know the country’s privacy policies are never in favor of the citizens, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have to implement these completely unnecessary measures in everything, especially in banking stuff. This not your typical food delivery app, it’s the gate for our banking. I’ll stop using the app completely and try using my browser instead. Devs either fix their mentality or i’ll just go to another bank.

Came back to check if they would listen to their customers and fix their issues, now not only they force you to turn off VPN, they FORCE YOU to enable location services on your device. I wish there is less than a star review, I’d definitely give it to alinma online services.

App’s design
I would like to see my creativity for the app design.
Though its very easy and 100% secure but more color more icons, market for example it will attract more people with offers etc.

Still insists on enabling location services. When using the website there are no location services, so saying it’s for security is a lie.

بعد تحديث التطبيق، لا أستطيع الدخول على حسابي من دون السماح بتحديد موقعي. علماً بأنه تم توثيق الجهاز، ويتم استخدام اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور ورمز الولوج لمرة واحدة OTP للدخول على الحساب.
خاصية غير ضرورية، بدليل أنه يمكن الدخول عن طريق المتصفح بجهاز الكمبيوتر ولا يمكن إجبار العميل على تحديد الموقع، كون الكمبيوتر لا يحتوي على نظام تحديد الموقع العالمي.
أرجو إلغاء هذه الخاصية عاجلاً.

Laggy and slow and now it wants to know my location yay!

It requires accessing the location of users in its latest update in order to use the app, which is something not acceptable nor understandable from such an app.
