About

You know what you're going through. Alis helps your doctor hear it. Perimenopause and menopause symptoms come and go, and they're hard to explain in a short appointment. Alis is a private journal for saying it in your own words, seeing your patterns, and walking in with one clear page that leads with what matters to you. SAY IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS • A 30-second check-in: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, brain fog, mood, and anything else you choose to keep an eye on. • Write or speak what happened. Your words are kept exactly as you said them. • Look back at any day, add a day you missed, or fix one from the last two weeks. • No streaks. No guilt. Skipped a few days? That's fine. LEAD YOUR APPOINTMENT • Build a one-page visit page: the three things you most need to discuss, in your own words; what's changed since your last visit; what you're taking or doing; your questions. • Share it as a PDF, or turn your phone around and show it in large type. AFTER THE VISIT • Note what your doctor said and track the plan. • Ask yourself: did you feel heard? If not, Alis helps you note what wasn't covered and plan what to say next time. SEE YOUR PATTERNS, NOT A DIAGNOSIS • A weekly view of each symptom, with every change you've made marked on it. • Alis describes what you logged. It never diagnoses or tells you what's working. That conversation belongs with your doctor. YOUR NOTES, YOUR WAY • Save or share everything you've logged as a PDF to read or print, or as spreadsheet files for Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. • Back up to a file and bring everything to a new phone. YOURS ALONE • No account. No servers. No ads. No tracking. • Everything stays on your phone, out of iCloud backup unless you choose otherwise. • Lock it with Face ID. Notifications never show what you wrote. • Delete everything in one tap. FOR EVERY PATH THROUGH MENOPAUSE Natural, early or surgical menopause; on hormone therapy or not. Alis is neutral about treatment and never recommends one. Alis helps you organize and share your experience. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for medical advice.

What's New in Alis

2.0.4

October 29, 2026

Alis on iPad and iPhone Duo: • Alis now runs on iPad, in portrait or landscape. • On iPad and on iPhone Duo's inner screen, pages stay at a comfortable reading width. • The Timeline chart makes room for its markers at larger text sizes. Your notes stay on the device you write them on, and nothing syncs between devices. To move them, back up to a file and restore it on the other device. Restoring replaces what's there.
