I’ve contacted you several times to fix the issues with my game. You have done nothing. All of my friends have had no problem with this game. They are getting their freebies, bonuses, everything. I have not been able to play for over a month now. I spend my money on this game and you take it, but will not fix the problem. Maybe it’s time to get the FTC, BBB. All my other games are fine, and I have discussed the issue with the Apple and iTunes support teams. Someone needs to answer this and fix the problem.You’ve had long enough to get it done, but you are keeping me from playing the game and I’m done being nice about it! I don’t want another email from you saying you are aware of the problem and are working to get it fixed, because all my friends are still playing the game EXCEPT ME!

Same issue as other users are reporting. Can’t log into Facebook account for the past couple of days. Error message says “they” are aware of the issue but it’s still not working.
