I’ve contacted you several times to fix the issues with my game. You have done nothing. All of my friends have had no problem with this game. They are getting their freebies, bonuses, everything. I have not been able to play for over a month now. I spend my money on this game and you take it, but will not fix the problem. Maybe it’s time to get the FTC, BBB. All my other games are fine, and I have discussed the issue with the Apple and iTunes support teams. Someone needs to answer this and fix the problem.You’ve had long enough to get it done, but you are keeping me from playing the game and I’m done being nice about it! I don’t want another email from you saying you are aware of the problem and are working to get it fixed, because all my friends are still playing the game EXCEPT ME!

I can’t get on. It says I have to connect to Facebook. It says there is an error. 🥺
Log in to Facebook isn’t working
Same issue as other users are reporting. Can’t log into Facebook account for the past couple of days. Error message says “they” are aware of the issue but it’s still not working.
Logged me out of my account
Not sure what’s going on but it logged me out of my account that’s connected to my facebook and it says the app is aware of the problem but it’s been 2 days and I have nothing

Blackout Games
Just lately I haven’t been enjoying the blackout games,I have noticed that the same guest players have been winning first,second and third places and this has gone on over several days,I only need one shadow card to complete and have used several hundred credits as well as power ups and keys,not cool

I actually love this one the most!! for NOT HAVING TO SPEND ALLLLLL YOUR MONEY!!! and it’s fun, entertaining, nice 2 look at, easily understandable, and just plain awesome to play!!! I also love the sounds the game makes when u click on a daub or win. Those noises are awesome & better than all other games. I’m a little ocd w noises sometimes.. but these r Amazing and not ANNOYING like most other bingo games..
So my opinion is at least give it a try!!! If you’ve never tried it, it’s totally free and you can’t go wrong. At least just try it!!!

I’m still getting used to it . I am an older person.
Good when it actually works
The app itself is good when it works…. I have to delete the app and re download it to work everytime after I close out the app. Wether that be exiting the app completely or just closing my iPad cover. Doesn’t matter where I am, it constantly does this and says “can’t connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again” however my iPad is connected to wifi with no issues for any other app. Quite annoying
