Glitchy Audiobooks
The audiobooks are the only part of the app I want to use, and it does basically nothing it's supposed to do.
1. Everytime I open it up it says "chapter 1 preview," even though I've purchased the book.
2. Clicking on the chapter from the table of contents to skip to it doesn't do anything
It makes no sense that the slider slides through the ENTIRE book, instead of individual chapters.
And why are the audiobooks ONLY accessible through this glitchy app instead of also available on the website? Not everyone wants to only listen on their mobile device....

Not user friendly or functional or what I what I wanted
I just purchased The Queen’s Code audiobook on Alison’s personal website. I was directed to the app so I could listen to it. First of all, I would much prefer to own this audiobook rather than just have access to it. If this was made clear at the time of purchase, I would have bought a hard copy of the book instead. Second, I don’t have access to my purchase on either Alison’s personal website or on her app. I was hoping to listen to this on my drive this afternoon or over the coming days. I have a very busy schedule (as most people do) but because of the system they have in place it seems I will be lucky to listen to this before Christmas. 😕

Please fix the app
I love Alison’s content but I am not able to access the app or website on my iPad and now my cell phone. This is frustrating as I’ve purchased a few new books and audio books that I now don’t have access to. The app and website do not load up anymore on either of my devices

Love hearing Alison in my pocket
I love, Love, LOVE, listening to Alison read The Queen’s Code to me, while I’m walking, doing housework, driving, etc. The App always picks up where I last left off, is easy to go back 15 seconds, pause, and refresh any new purchases that I make of Alison’s other audio programs.

Fix your app
I love Allison’s work too but listening to her audiobook on this app is frustrating. You have to have the app open at all times to listen, it even stops playing when your screen goes to sleep or lock mode. If you’re able to access her audiobook elsewhere, then save yourself some time and hassle and do that because this thing is archaic.

App needs work
I love Alison’s work but this app keeps losing my spot within the audio books. I am not logged out, but I am constantly having to restart chapters. It would be helpful if the login could be tied to the progress and save it.
