I purchased a year membership by accident. Being chronically ill and exhausted I can’t work and £150 was a huge amount of money for me when I was struggling to pay for food that month
Their customer service lacked empathy or care. They don’t care about your wellbeing , they only care about your money. They will not refund me or you.
Their customer service never takes ownership of the problem - they speak politely but never address the issues.
I have been a loyal member in the past when I was able to work having both a subscription long term and buying courses which I am unable to access. They can’t seem to find the details and I have emailed them many times regarding this over the years to try and regain access I get passed around different customer service people with no resolution
