Greedy people
This used to be a great app, but unfortunately it turned into what so many companies become: focused on squeezing every last dollar out of their customers. I’m starting a new business and needed to cancel my subscription, but they wanted to charge me for an additional month. I ended up canceling my credit card just to avoid the charge, which completely ruined my morning. I’m done with this company and won’t be coming back. I changed my review from 5 starts to 0 stars, hope it was worth it.

Lots of bugs and is extremely slow to access media libraries
Good app needs bugs fixed
I like this about because it engages differently than ChatGPT on certain projects. Bug fix would be that it forget conversations you’re having. Like I could work on 3 projects, 3 brands, it would still think I am wanting editing for the first one. It don’t sort conversation, it blend it in. I could go on, but I am new to the app so I am learning what it cannot do that ChatGPT can. Chat GPT remembers conversations and keep them separate where you can dive in a week later about something and it usually remembers perfectly

Makes social media so much easier!
I’ve been using Alkai for a while now, and it’s honestly a huge time-saver. It comes up with great post ideas, makes videos in seconds, and even schedules them for me. I used to spend hours trying to figure out what to post, but now it’s all done in a few clicks. Definitely worth trying if social media feels like a chore!
